I was hoping I was low enough to get some big boy juice script but not had my follow up with the doctor.

sleep more (8-10 hr ideally unless genetic outlier)
stick your diet into cronometer and fix any micronutrient deficiencies you have (including the shit that cronometer doesn't display for whatever reason, namely boron, carnitine, carnosine, and a few others) and make sure your macros are good
drink more water and consume more electrolytes
be active (step count is arbitrary but if you're getting 10-12k+ you're probably active enough) and do LISS cardio
      keep stress low obviously

AFAIK no (though I do use an adblocker so maybe there are lmao), they do lock features behind a paywall but it's nothing you can live without

paywall is $50 for a year which honestly isn't that bad. i'm losing weight down from 330+ lbs this year so I went in for it. using it every day.

367 is still pretty bad. I was 290 @ 25yo, my woman doctor tried to convince me this was all right. I had crippling fatigue, the kind where I could sleep for 14 hours wake up for 2 and then go back to bed for another 8 if I didn't have a job.
I forced her to refer me to a TRT clinic and now at 28 my test is around 1200 ng/dl I think.
Actually not that much has change in my life. My fatigue went away but it was only after taking all kinds of supplements - vit d, k, boron, zinc, fish oil and most importantly iodine.
I am finally getting back into the gym and hoping to have some great gains but right now I'm just cutting all my body fat.

How about you just take care of yourself and consider maybe something else is the issue?

Well this was part of my yearly physical. I just happened to only get 2 hours of sleep the night before. I am a firefighter and that happens sometimes. I gym about 3 days a week sometimes 4. I’m 5’10 and 185lbs. Size 32 waist for pants. I just told the doctor how I was feeling and he requested the charts

Mine was 515 when I was a raving alcoholic who never ate anything. If you’re feeling the symptoms like low energy, motivation and mood then TELL your doctor you want to try test and if he says no find a different doctor or go to one of those clinics. Doctors work for you and they get paid very well to do it.
