Just found out my gym also has these Les Mills classes. Is this a good way of meeting a socialising with women, and possibly find a fit gf?

worth a shot
Any tips? Should I approach the during or after the session?
Do not attempt to overtly pick up women in a gym class, yoga class etc.. It’s a social environment but it’s not like a nightclub where she is fully expecting to be approached. Coming on too strong will not only likely repel her, it will tank your reputation in the class and other women will resent it, poisoning the air against you.
Get to know the girls in the class by going regularly to the same weekly session. Strike up conversations before/after class. Develop some banter and inside jokes that you can continue week over week. Be friendly with EVERYBODY, don’t zero in on the hot girl, be the fun guy who (jokingly) hits on the moms/grandmas, fist-bumps the guys, cheers on other people, etc.. A source of positive energy.
After a few classes, if you have a good chemistry with a girl, casually mention that you’re going hiking with some friends that weekend and if she’s free, would she want to come? (“We’re hiking up to see this crazy view, I saw it on Instagram, 90% chance of getting lost lol, want to come?”) Stupid gay shit like that, women eat it up.
If the group hike goes well, say “hey - I enjoy hanging out with you. Want to grab a drink sometime?” And then you’re gucci.
This is the way, anon. Depart from this path at your peril.
>going hiking with some friends
I only have friends who are autistic like myself
great advice anon
A lot of SwoleShackcel autists need to be taught shit like this. These guys read a bunch of PUA / "How 2 be Alpha Male" books and become detached from how reality actually works.
It's cringey shit advice, you delusional old loser.
I agree. Women should never be approached in public. Especially not in a mixed sex social setting where everyone is engaging in a hobby they enjoy. That's basically one step away from rape and it's just creepy. We have Tinder and Christianmingle.com now. Enough with this weird chauvinistic machismo already.
Yep. The new age lookism red pill lames are really bad when it comes to women. They ironically believe too much "never smile around a girl bro, always ghost her and respond every 2 days" like it's some puzzle that you can solve by acting a certain way. If you try to tell them that their whole pick up narrative is trash they can't handle it.
The classes themselves are actually pretty good, sounds and looks gay to be honest family but i go to body pump. Basically replaced my leg day with it. Don't underestimate the class and ego lift with a ton on the bar.
As far as picking up women, the other anon is pretty spot on
Amazing, amazing post. Too many guys spaz out and try to shoot their shot immediately and end up totally fucking it up. You really have to play the long game sometimes, and accept that it might not always go the way you plan it in your head.
They get brainwashed by reading about PUA god's who tell them that every girl wants to smash and you can get them into bed 30 minutes after meeting her if you just act masculine enough and don't show any emotion lol. It's rubbish, it's a really cringy community.
Basically a 10/10 post and how I met the girl I’m currently dating with the caveat we had a mutual friend.
Ya, go do it bro. You might find some tang to smash.
>Les Mills classes
What the fuck this has to do with fitness?
>ROIDER 24601, YOUR CYCLE'S UP AND YOUR T-DROP BEGUN
>YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS...
>what do group fitness classes have to do with fitness
Flirting is fun. I never figured out how to take it any further though. My gym has a lot of classes to choose from. I just do their dollar store version of crossfit. It's something fun and social to do on rest days.
i'm guessing the women signing up for those classes have low self esteem and would be annoying to date
rather date a low esteem fit girl than a high esteem landwhale
