its really high in calories due to the fat content, and i think they may be counting the bread proteins which don't count. also the processed meats like pepperoni are pretty bad for you. maybe a lot of pufa in some, i don't know if oils are involved. probably use artificial shit to get people addicted to it. its as expensive as eating steak.

Again this is with the most expensive flour, tomatoes and packaged cheese. I often cut some all purpose flour in, but also use conditioners or honey so price is the same. Fresh mozzarella is obviously more expensive but it's not ideal for home oven temps. You'll end up with soup on bread

Pizza is delicious, if you lie to yourself that it’s “full of protein” you’ll end up eating too much of it and get fat.
Just enjoy it for what it is as a special meal.
I would buy big pizzas from the food court at costco to bulk when I was a 140 lb skeleton. If you already have some decent size I would really not suggest that though.
