      If you're a simmilar bodytype to the guy in the picture, then diet is the first step. You can add lifting or cardio if you want, but it's much easier to eat one slice of pizza less than to run for 30 minutes.

    Stop eating goyslop, learn to cook eggs, meat, potatoes, vegetables.

    Then eat 500 calories under your maintenance.
    The fast should help fix your ghrelin and leptin resistance.
    Go to the gym 3x a week

    Stop drinking calories, drink a lot of water.
    Go for walks.
    Don't start doing something that you won't be able to stick to, like mental diets or crazy extreme workouts.
