There are great clinics in turkey, i got my transplant there and its perfect. Their cost is the same you would spend for surgeons in europe or a bit cheaper.

A transplant would be retarded because of that plus the risk of shock loss to surrounding hair.

Your hair is fine stop worrying. You are already taking finasteride so its all good. If it gets worse despite that you could use dutasteride. But keep in mind finasteride can cause temporary shedding
Got a couple buddies that did this just dont cheap out and get the stem cell treatment with it its a couple of hundred extra it certainly works one did it 5 years ago and still has everything
