did you fall for the "build a foundation of strength" meme? stop doing 5x5, start attacking your muscles with 3x10 and build hypertrophy. stop wasting time trying to put plates on the bar moron. the only thing that matters is muscle size. get on it

is 3x10 not hupertrophy you spastic

          i am currently bench pressing 70kg 3x6

think about why you bench press son. to grow them triceps and that chest. so start doing 3x10 bench press and 3x10 incline bench press right after. cant do 3 sets of 10? lower the weight until you can. enjoy gains galore

I found intensity, training frequncy, and rest+food matter the most.
Once I stopped neglecting isolations/accessories everything grew much better.

Just do you compounds for strength and accessories for reps, difference is negligible anywyays and it's fun getting stronger

            >6 reps per set

What if my lifts are women tier low? I actually started doing kinobody greek god and its literally build a foundation of strength meme.

Should i just do a brosplit 2x per week like pic related?

Figure out what you want to get strong in and do those lifts.

i dont give a shit about getting stronger, I just want to reach Tyler Durden, low bf mode with muscle. Which is why i dont know if the foundation of strength meme is necessary or not.

So basically doing something better than SS where I progressively overload, or bro split like

, which one will get me to fight club mode faster?

Calisthenics + cardio + calorie deficit. Do that until your calorie deficit becomes your new normal. Then add a couple days of weight training. Boom - instant otter mode.

im not big on calisthenics but i do pulls and chins, should i keep doing kinobody greek mode then? its like 3 days of lifting per week and adding weight per week, like a better SS, plus on the 2 other days i do the exercises missing from his routine (traps, calves, abs, neck), but its literally foundation of strength meme for 6 months.

I dont have problems with the diet and deficit but i want the routine that gets me to tyler durden mode faster.

Keep doing what you're doing then. Add 30 mins cardio 5x week, low to moderate intensity. Eat clean. I assumed you were just starting out.

Daily reminder that you need to eat more fatty meat, eggs and unpasteurized dairy. No meat = no muscle, simple as. Vegan shills can go fuck themselves with a celery stick.

      >unpasteurized dairy
cheese made of unpasteurized milk is everywhere but other unpasteurized products are rare as fuck(Spain)
