Do rotator cuff exercises with resistance bands.

If the pain is bad, go see doc. If it isn't wait it out and let it rest. Fully torn RC doesn't heal, ever.

Idk if its an RC, maybe just pulled the muscle? it's only a slight pain. have only been doing light shoulder exercises and legs. the only thong is it's been there for a couple of weeks

Only time will tell. If it hasn't healed it weeks, it ain't a pulled muscle.

depends on how severe the damage is. I smashed my shoulder in July doing BMX and got a rotator cuff injury. It probably won't be 100% healed until January, but I didn't need any surgery. If you have a major tear or the shoulder dislocates, you may need surgery to repair it.

i think it might be just a slight tear because i did the same thing twice. maybe i should stop upper body for a while and just concentrate on legs until a couple months. legs are lacking hard anyway so might as well use the time to cstch up. do you reckon i should still do light shoulder excercises every now and then?

I'm fairly sure I have a few herniated discs and my shoulders are definitely not in perfect condition, but I never got it checked and I just train in a way that's reasonably pain-free. Don't dwell on that shit and remember most doctors are just quacks who don't know shit and don't give a shit.

    > t. L2 herniated disc fixed it his fucking self, unloaded a truck of hammers 1 week after injury, back to deadlifting and MMA / BJJ after 4 months of walking and reverse hyper extensions.

Fuck doctors and "people with vaginas" don't bitch to me pussy.

disc can be improved with kinesiology and doing single leg squats, can look at them at strenghlevel.com

there is a youtube channel, kneesovertoesguy on the rest of the lower body

then rotator cuff, ¿ may get better alone or needs some therapy?

bear in mind that here in argentina, kinesio is cheaper than in merica, so you may end up spending less living here and not working than doing both at merica.
