How do you guys incorporate muscle ups into your routine? I used to do them at the beginning of each workout as a warmup kind of, but after a few months of that I got golfers elbow kek.
I have them at the beginning of my first upperbody day. So I'll do a set of 3x5. They are a compound exercise so I treat them like other compounds (ie bench, deadlift, ohp, squat)
My muscle up day routine is >warm up >3x5 muscle up >3x8 weighted dips >3x8 weighted pull ups >3x8 pull downs
do you do calisthenics regularly? there is no way someone that do only weight lifting can do muscle up
on my gym everyone stays away from pull ups even the big ones

I can't do muscle ups in the gym because the ceiling is too low.
You can do them in the squat rack from a kneeling position
The squat rack pullup bar is already too low for me and i need to bend my legs to do regular pullups without touching the floor, i'm 6'6.
