Another trick is to play a video game like TF2 then every time you die do a set of pushups or inverted rows and push weekly volume up in a progressive overload fashion (write down what you do). Also delt spam with lu raises + elastic band pull apart + crunches/leg-raises/bicycles/dragon flags is another good superset combo to do in the mornings. Run 2-4 a week for at least a half hour or more and go on long walks in the evenings.
