What’s that bro? You want some validation? You want me to look at your vitals and let you know if they look normal to me? Really? Well thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to provide you with some information that may be useful to you. After all, that’s what everyone on this board is here for. To be your own personal registered medical assistant. We were all just waiting for you to come here and post this so that we can let you know how your vitals look. 110/68 AND a PR of 63?!?! Holy shit bro look at that. Look at those vitals!!! And you only JUST STARTED doing cardio?! Oh my god bro. Great job!!!! You are so freakin healthy my man. Your vitals are the best I’ve ever seen. Is this what you wanted OP? Did you want the validation of strangers whose professional medical knowledge is unknown? Did you want this advice over, say, the peer reviewed medical journals you may find online? Is this what you really wanted? Or maybe your problem is that your silica a god damned idiot that you thought anyone on this board actually cares that you have a pulse. In response to your question, though, yes those are pretty decent numbers even though a number of factors that are unknown to us may affect the levels at any given time.
kek my heart rate is in the 50s in the morning and my doc freaked out but I'm not telling that gay it's because I do cardio and intermittent fasting and my heart needs no reason to beat higher as it's not digesting anything at that time
blood pressure is a meme. Mine was 160 over 110 2 years ago, doctor had me wear an arm monitor for a day to get that average reading. I refused the meds and have felt fine since

Definitely high, but you're not in immediate mortal danger or anything. Could foreshadow complications down the road, though. I'd watch your kidneys when you get older. Some people just have higher blood pressure because of genetics, my dad is the same way. Talk to a doc and see what your options are. Stress and anxiety could play a role in high BP despite a good diet and exercise, too. If nothing else works, there's always BP meds.
Damn near perfect
