I like to tan. I never bothered till i was around 21, and have been doing it every year in summer for about 7 years now. I tried sunbeds twice, decided not worth it. tan was shit from them anyway.
I take Melanotan, but im starting to think this shit isnt worth cancer making my face look like a ball sack at 40, and already starting to worry i did damage
So far all i have is:
take Melanotan to shorten time it takes
Tan only after 3 pm
Wear SPF 20 minimum when tanning, and try over up or put 50 on otherwise.
dont use sunbeds ever.
starting to think even doing above will age me dramatically. better off with a fake dan like DHA
Sunbeds are cancer machines. Where I live they won't even let kids use them until they're 18.
Your skin will only sag from tanning due to the uv rays. So sun tanning with sunscreen is the best combo. Also take some zinc, as it's linked to healthy skin.
sure. however a tan is only possible when the skin detects UV ways. so although spf is reducing it by like 97%, that UV ray is still a requirement for a tan, so damage. this is why i use Melanotan to reduce the time i need to get damaged.
I run with my shirt off and have a light year-round sunkissed tan. That’s all that matters to me, getting darker could look better but I personally don’t care enough to actively do that + it’s terrible for your health.
yes it's called coating your body in natural herbal tinctures with dying properties such as henna. Just do test strips on the sole of your foot until you get the desired depth of color, look up a good recipe, mix enough product for the area to be covered, apply for how long it needs to, break it into lower/upper body if needs be for comfort. Rinse in the shower. Should last you 2-3 weeks.
Don't trust the zog with it's tanning lotions and foams, they are full of PPDs and chemical agents.
Just use the herbs our ancestors use to dye things before. Henna will give you a nice reddish-ochre, healthy golden look.
Regular sun exposure actually lowers the risk of skin cancer, skin cancer is more common among office workers who are rarely exposed to the sun
Of course blasting yourself in UV rays until you're red as a tomato will give you mega cancer, but a 15-25 min of sun if you're white and 40-50 min if you're black will keep healthy vit D levels without much damage to your skin
Stay away from tanning beds tho, they are literal cancer machines
Is running shirtless in 10 in the morning ok? For 40-50 min. I kno that sun is dangerous at 12:00-15:00
Only naked with your nuts flapping around graciously
Depends on your skin tone and the latitude you're in
A good rule of thumb is the feedback ypur skin gives you, if you're sunburned and your skin hurts you should probably stop, but if its just slightly red and after a couple hours it goes back to normal you're fine
Sun also increases test, bone density, virility, aesthetics and reduces depression and lethargy
Take the sun pill bros
I worship the sun
I pray everyday that it hits us with a solar flare
so we can get Carrington 2.0 and go back to a simpler life
SOL INVICTUS
Would rather not look like a wrinkled bag of shit
>t. Low test candle wax cuck
Enjoy your low vitamin d and glass bones
Why do you act like the option is either leak onions or look 80 at 40?
You will look old if you use tanning beds or if you sunbathe much more than necessary
30 minutes/day is enough for the most tanned white people, you'll look good and have good test amd vit D levels
>Regular sun exposure actually lowers the risk of skin cancer, skin cancer is more common among office workers who are rarely exposed to the sun
Interesting, source?
Doc Gabe Mirkin
Spray yourself orange like Trump.
I’ve used a tanning bed about 10 times in my life, when I was young and stupid. How fucked am I
Probably equivalent to risk of one vax dose.
If you don't eat plant oils you won't get burnt. If you don't get burn you won't get shitty skin or cancer
L-tyrosine, spf-30, and 4 hours at the river on a hot sunny day got me a good base ran.
UV is a from of ionising radiation. It breaks chemical bonds in your DNA.
Everyone knows this in Western Europe. You Americans are dumb and ingorant.
>melanotan making your face look like a ballsack
And radiation won't?
I'm not sure what the research says but I would imagine if you're not burning you're probably not at risk of skin cancer assuming you're white. I doubt people have gotten skin cancer from a mild farmers tan
Its not just skin cancer.
Sun in doses enough to tan you always damage your DNA and break down collagen which doesn’t repair.
Its like an elastic band left out in the sun. Or rubber. Eventually it loses its stretch and takes longer to ping back to regular form till it just breaks one day. That’s exactly how collagen in the skin works.
So accumulating sun damage through mild tans even without burning can lead to a lot of ageing by 40
How about instead of worrying about gay shit like sunbathing you instead spend appropriate amount of time outdoors in appropriate clothing?
