could help stretch your hip muscles (commonly tight, on (biological) males especially) to help you get more mobile for your squats, diddlys, etc. Basically, more stretch=more ROM=more gains
If you aren't dynamically working these muscles/articulations (squatting and other lower body compounds use them to stabilize, statically), you should. It will help your joints, tendons, etc. if all you do is heavy compounds and could potentially improve your lower body compounds if these muscles ever become a weak point.
Your lower body is a tangled mess of different muscles, your quads, glutes, hamstrings, hip muscles, even calves are all interwoven and connect to everything. If one muscle is weak the whole chain of muscles won't be able to perform as well.
Just do a few quick sets at the end of a lower body day, not incredibly important, but yeah people who don’t do them at all are doing themselves a disservice, same with cardio. Do some bw lunges between sets and get a good stretch or something
will these help if my toes point outward and knees inward? I've been trying to figure out the underlying cause and I think it may all stem from the fact that my abductors are weak and inductors tight
As long as you have full ROM yes, absolutely. You're gonna want to feel stretch in your inner thighs, otherwise it's either a missed rep or you're really now able to push your legs out well.

Ok, thanks. I'm fine on that front.
I use it sometimes for this purpose. Feel weird doing it, but it helps my tight hips so I continue to do it.
Strong and flexible hips are very important for many different sports

Ok, thanks. I might add them somewhere in my routine after all.

I like doing them. Women get really annoyed but are too autistic to just ask if they can work in.
Probably don't want to sit in your sweat puddle
>women get really annoyed

Yes to strengthen your fuckin muscles
The purpose of that machine is to make your hips look wider. Do you want to widen your hips?
Probably good to try it out and see if it does anything for you. Same goes for this machine.
Is she really doing 360+lbs hip thrusts? Strong girl.
