Dumb shit question. But the only thing superior to red meat for muscle growth are eggs.
Red meat is probably better than eggs but I'm not knocking eggs. Both are god tier.
Eat both. Bacon and eggs or steak and eggs.
No.
What is non-saturated fat?
What is insulin resistance?
What is atherosclerosis?
>Non saturated fat causes insulin resistance
Saturated fat is more closely linked to insulin resistance
>epidemiological evidence and intervention studies clearly show that in humans saturated fat significantly worsen insulin-resistance, while monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids improve it through modifications in the composition of cell membranes which reflect at least in part dietary fat composition

Sorry having a rough day
You wouldn't make so many mistakes if your brain functioned correctly, vegan. Eat meat for brain health.
>I've never made a mistake in my life because I eat meat
You are on SwoleShack brother
This post is a vegan.
That's strange. I'm going to eat a hot dog later today. But i don't claim that it's good for my health.
Okay vegan. Keep fearmongering about meat. Only leftist fags fall for it and they don't deserve to be healthy anyway.
>I dislike facts and wish to keep engaging in detrimental behavior BC it makes me feel MANLY therefore anyone who uses science that is against my wants is VEGAN lol haha
No, saturated fat causes insulin resistance, heart disease and atherosclerosis. Only members who want to follow their tastebuds deny the decades of solid science on this. Its it okay once in awhile? Sure, like anything.
>Is steak healthy?
Yes
>What benefits does eating steak have?
It is your natural diet
>How often and how much should I eat it?
Daily, until you are no longer hungry
>How do I prepare it in a way that has the best nutrients for me?
Raw
Steak is expensive, and is something you should only eat every once in a while as a treat. There is a lot of fat on it, which makes it a delicacy.
To get your red meat, buy cheap lean cuts with connective tissue (roasts), cut them up into pieces, and cook it up to be used in wraps, strews/curries, etc.
>buy lean cuts
Thanks Karen. Gotta watch out for that scary dietary fat.

I've never bought steak. How much should I pay for a good steak? And what do you mean with every once in a while? Once a week? A month?
Bro, I'm legitimately retarded you have to dumb it down for me
