I feel like if you do the maximum mountain climbers paired with push ups you get really good results for running speed boost, calf jumps would be more endurance, the push ups are there for a rest period, while at it why not include hindu squats? They work the ankles a lot and leg strength in general.
Yes those seem good, i've been running in place and jumping rope and doing sumo walking to this day. I've gained some, I can run on a treadmill for 5k in 30min straight quite easily, before not even 10 mins.
Buy some resistance bands, anchor them close to the ground, place them slightly above your hips and run.

But, one day, after a particular tough long run (my first 15km attempt), I looked myself in the mirror.
Covered in sweat from head to toe. Still breathing faster than normal.
I was glistening.
I felt awesome.
After this day, it was a switch.
Didn't feel shame anymore. The sun hitting my skin and shining to whomever came in the opposite way wasn't a worry anymore. Saying good morning to passersby didn't require a fake smile and a eye roll after they were gone, it was a genuine one. The sweat was now something that I looked forward too, as it was becoming harder and harder to achieve, since my body was now more effective at running and it had become a sign that I was working hard.
For your own sake, anon. Go do it. Pop in some music, a book, a podcast. Put it on max volume to distract your senses off of everything else. Even if it hurts your ears (don't do it for long stretches of time, 5 minutes max).
Just run.

People who I've never met have told me that they watched me go every morning and that I inspired them to started running too.
Neighbors from my street who have never talked to me before have come to say that they see me everyday, that I should keep going and that they are astounded by my willpower lmao...
Right now, I'm at 117kg. Less than a year. You can do it too.

just get some cheapo wireless tozos. If they fall out either you're using the wrong plug size or there's something wrong with your stride I've had my cheap ass $30 ones since last October and the only thing fucky about them is using them with anything that's not a phone.

And I wish I could go but there is so many problems and obstacles that it's an exercise on it's own to just get out. Maybe when I have trained with those before mentioned exercises a while I have the courage to go. Also I need to buy clothes, hats, headphones and shoes first.

I get about 340 kcal for both /30 minutes (from my tracker). Jumping rope feel a lot harder to sustain a moderate pace on though. I'd probably fall into a less intensive range a lot easier if I wasn't tracking heart rate for jump rope.

Just don't over do it with the hindu squats or you might bust your joints though, keep it to three max sets a day.

just wake up at 3:30 and run at 4am. It's when all people with a sense of shame exercise. Also it tends to be the coldest hour in summer/spring.
