Yes it's unhealthy, haven't you heard of the SCIENCE?
Also seed oils are actually good for you and diet soda is fine.

idk bro, all I know is that big milk wants you to think it’s objectively good for you, and now it’s unheard of to not drink milk at a young age. the kind I always get is 2%, and tbh idk what that even means, but the others taste off last I tried them.

      >2%
le saturated fat is bad meme needs to die. No difference in mortality between people who had more saturated fats to those who had none. Just drink normal milk. Why does everyone feel the need to be uwu so different.

Eh, I drink 1% instead of whole mainly because it doesn't make me feel heavy after and has overall slightly better macros, I drink about 750ml a day

It means the cream has been skimmed so the resulting milk is 2% fat by weight. Normal cows milk is around 4% and Jersey cows give 5-8%. If you don't like non-homogenized 6% Jersey milk then you don't like milk.

Isn't it possible to force yourself to be tolerant and digest the milk?

Never heard of that happening, if you're intolerant or become intolerant because you stopped consuming dairy its for life

Milk contains actual estrogens, unlike soẏ which only contains phytoestrogens. It's how the soẏ lobby gets away with saying it has no estrogen. The trick is to ignore concentrations. Soẏ isn't even bad if you don't eat very much of it but it's in absolutely everything and curiously with orders of magnitude higher concentrations of isoflavones than the whole beans.

The same people who tell me gays and chuds are normal also tell me to not drink milk or eat red meat

Always do the opposite of what the garden gnomes say. Milk is the ultimate superfood, you could literally live off it.

Yes, you can. How many mammals go through their most intense physical growth consuming nothing but milk? Human babies, if their mothers love them and aren't retards, spend the first years of their lives consuming nothing but milk.

Are you a human baby? Am I talking to someone who survives off of their mom's breast milk?
I don't think you're making the point you want to make with that implication.

The reality is that all the factory farmed shit we eat is unhealthy where it should be healthy.

    >beef is healthy but factory beef is loaded with hormonal bullshit
    >eggs are healthy but factory eggs are half devoid of nutrients by sick chickens
    >milk is healthy but factory milk is like drinking pure cow estrogen from slavecows

I would have said yes a couple decades ago, but all this constant shilling by corporations and two-faced bigotry by billion dollar industries leads me to believe that it isn't. At least, not nearly to any extent the milk industry would want you to believe.
Most of the human race can't even digest it, and to properly transport it without it immediately becoming toxic, if it isn't already with all the steroids and growth hormones they pump into the animals, it needs to be processed to hell and back. Pasteurization is the tip of the iceberg we can see, and it'd be nice if that's all it took to render milk safe to consume.
I think milk is a fun little drink that should exist in the back of your shelf and that basing your entire diet off of it is a dangerous game.

Discussion of "milk" without specifying whether you're talking about the garbage that's been cooked to death, homogenized and fortified with artificial nutrients, or actually real raw milk, results in a giant load of nonsense like your post.

What an empty post. I expect a more substantial response filled with at least twice the snark and shilling than this.

It doesn't need to be processed. It is processed because it makes it shelf stable for longer. In Denmark it undergoes 1 or 2 processes: pasteurization at 72°C for 15 seconds (and at the same time it's skimmed to the various fat percentages), and some of them are homogenized.
The reason you don't do this in the US is that you have to get it to the store basically within the day as it has only 1-3 weeks of shelf life.
To transport it without it becoming a sludge you just have to refrigerate it.

Very healthy but it’s bad for the environment so people will make bias observational studies to make it look bad. It’s like red meat.

Best way to enjoy milk is straight out of the mule's udder like my Grandpa did.
