weaklet, here.
i tried doing these as per jeff's progression and i couldn't seem to get any progress when i got up to actually doing the kneeling wheel.
i suspect what actually held me back was no lat strength as opposed to what was going on in core.
Ab wheel enthusiast. I progressed from doing kneeling ones to being able to do standing ones. Once i was able to do ground kneeling ones, I did them kneeling elevated by kneeling on a sofa and doing em slanted head downward. Once i could do those, i started working on standing.
>do knee abs rollout for months >it's not that hard.jpg >I barely feel my back or abs working >look up how to do the exercise correctly >Oh shit oh fuck...
Anyone else?

Are you using the beginner wheel?
my gym only has one
Which color is it
blue
the wheel i got actually has a kind of bumpy tread so it's probably slightly more difficult than most.
Wait what? What is this? Never seen this before - is the diameter of the various coloured wheels different?
Wait red is harder than blue? no wonder I've been plateauing, thanks for sharing the pic anon!
Mine is black.

Once you are able to do 5 you can do 20
how the frick do you go from kneeling to a standing rollout
Is it worth stealing an ab wheel from the gym to do them at home?
no, they are dirt cheap. just buy one
I bought a cheap one. On my second set it cracked lol
Fat as fuck.
Buy an "expensive" one, it's like 20$ at most and you'll use it for the rest of your life.
But, anon, we already have an abwheel at home.

How many ab wheels are needed for advanced variation?
