This. Fat loss and muscle gain happens much quicker when short.
This is mostly true for aesthetics (i.e. how muscular you look), but can also be true for lifts where leverages can be very improtant (squats and bench, esp)
Short guys need to build less muscle to look built, but a built short man will never look as good or impressive as a tall built guy.
But shorts live longer than talls.
>But shorts live longer than talls. >men who were 5'2″ or shorter were more likely to have a protective form of the FOX03 gene, and lived the longest. Those over 5'4″ had shorter lifespans.
kek
Way easier for bigger guys. Short guys can look better faster in a vacuum after 1 year of training. Like when you are taking a fake natty downlighting gym toilet mirror picture with no reference to how big/tall you actually are. I curl +30kg and skullcrush +50kg and my arms are smaller than a random untrained big dudes because I have a femboy bone structure and frame. In a mirror picture by myself I look thick and solid but when you put me next to someone with much bigger frame, I look skinny.
So again, in pictures with no frame of reference = easier for short guys, in real world = easier for tall guys.
And I actually just realized you talked about getting "fit", whatever the fuck that means and not buff.
short guys can appear larger than tall guys even if they have the same exact muscle insertions due to the taller guy having longer limbs. long arms do help with deadlift but the taller guy will have to go through a longer ROM for each rep, short guy dominates in upper body movements as well.
Tall guys still have more potential for strength cause bigger frame. They need to eat a lot more and train longer to reach their potential. Most tall guys don't bother and settle for ottermode or skinnyfat.
shorts need less calories, less time and less muscle fill out their frame

kek these guys represent the top 1% of white men physically
No they don’t and they’re literal 16 year olds to boot.
what's that stupid hand sign?
that's the fittest they'll ever be, highest test levels too
And this guy represents the top 1% of coloreds.
damn color reds

Everything in life is give and take.

Manlet and Lanket can be happy and smile and have fun together stop hate
all hate between males is because of women. women shouldn't have rights and autonomy.
Easier to get lean for tall guys, easier to build muscle for short guys.
>Spine elongation trough reverse dead hang 2-4 inches
>Lifts 2-4 inches
Just build on shoulder width and you re fine
For tall people being skinny/skelly is easier
For short people being muscular is easier
As for being fat the shorter the easier.

Short guys make faster gains but tall guys look more intimidating with gains.
