Is hummus?

Is hummus SwoleShack approved? It is high in fiber so it should be, right?

Keto fantastic as are a cult tho. They have their own echo chamber discord and raid SwoleShack threads together to promote ketoism and go as far to bash fruits. Mormons of the diet world basically.

        Hard to say
Just look for low cal sauces. HEB has this garlic parmesan sauce similar to buffalo wild wings; 35 cals per 15ml. I fucking love it.

Just eat the chickpeas without the oil. One of the only beans whose protein absorbs almost as well as meat and they're decently filling. When I'm cutting I like to make a dressing for them made of lemon juice, roasted garlic, green onion, and a little sweet pepper paste

Roasted peppers with some chicken, lamb, or pork. Can't miss with that. Chickpeas don't pair well flavor wise with stuff like beef or turkey though so I'd avoid those

Best way to make eggs, hands down. Although your pic is doing it wrong because you shouldn't cook acidic liquids like tomato sauce/paste in cast iron, since the acid causes the iron to leech out and into your food giving everything a weird taste.

I'll have to try that one out. Kinda like sopa de ajo but with veggies instead of bread.

Better than a lot of stuff, but very calorically dense, and not great macros for a lot of SwoleShack diets. You can absolutely make it work in a good diet, but it’s not gonna be the centerpiece.

this is one of those things that fatties start slurping in excess to be "healthier", kind of like nut butters. it's delicious though, just moderate.

Fiber is a meme but hummus is okay if it's not made with seed oils.
