You need Myofibrillar hypertrophy if you're actually trying to get bigger in the long run (and stronger).
That's unfortunate, not op, I've been doing essentially a whole myorep workout since it makes my whole, pushup, pullup, tri-bi workout take like 20 minutes, and at least as I understand it, myoreps are essentially what Dorian was talking about when describing HIT. I have been getting sore, but haven't been doing it long enough to note any real change. I'd hate to go back to my workouts taking an hour.

As a natty, you cannot rely on intensity. For hypertrophy, you need an appropriate amount of volume which is much higher than that which an enhanced lifter needs. At least the equivalent two full body workouts per week with three required for experienced lifters. An sufficiently experienced natty can handle three well programmed full body workouts per week.
Volume with intensity that's it. Two days of intense training one day of rest and repeat with another exercise do this with two exercises that hit most muscle groups you want to build up, increase weight when needed.
