Is that the girl from that movie where she gave a man a forced gender reasignment surgery and then forced him to hang himself at gunpoint because he saw a girl getting raped and didnt help her friend or something.
>is building muscle WHILE losing fat possible?
Yes >Not possible. >Your cells either signal for anabolic or catabolic metabolism, never both at the same time
You are wrong, what OP is talking about is called body recomposition.
You want carbohydrates on training days, prior to training because they are protein sparing macros, when conducting training in the gym your primary fuel source while anaerobic is glycogen.
When in recovery, 2-3 times a week if a person is doing low intensity, steady state exercise in an aerobic state, they will use fat primarily for fuel.
It is absolutely possible to build muscle and burn fat, but you don't burn fat in the gym, you burn fat jogging, walking or pedalling a bike casually.
So long as he is in a caloric deficit, he will lose fat, so long as he has sufficient carbohydrates and protein, he will gain muscle.
No you are talking out of your ass dude.
Body recomp is a cope that fatties who cant into fork putdowns tell themselves to feel good about what they are doing.
but understanding and explaining the science behind it can help us rid the world of fatties by getting them fit
seething like some angry reddit communist complaining about how much they hate the patriarchy isn't going to actually accomplish anything in the real world
>No you are talking out of your ass dude. >Body recomp is a cope that fatties who cant into fork putdowns tell themselves to feel good about what they are doing
Fat is literally stored fuel, dude
The solution to body recompositon is carb cycling. You can call it a meme all you want but it is scientifically valid and testable.
So long as you meet your macros ie 25% of your daily caloric requirements come from protein, and prior to training you have good carbs, preferably fruits then you can absolutely do it.
Your entire arguement is the kind of stupidity that only an anon poster would out their name to.
body recomp is a meme "just do it for 2 years bro, I assure you at the end you will be ripped!"
Just go on a 500-900 calorie deficit and lift weights, you WILL lose fat and you WILL lose some muscle but not all.
Please understand getting fat was the mistake and make sure you don't have to go through this ever again
People who are fat but have little muscle mass to begin with would look skeletal if they lost any more muscle mass while cutting down.
Untrained fatties can easily maintain o build muscle while in a caloric deficit as long as they provide their muscles with enough stimulus, because their bodies have so much extra fat to draw energy from. Body recomp doesn't work for people who aren't beginners and/or not fat
This is not how it works. Your fat cells donate fatty acids into bloodstream while muscle fibers build themselves with 0 problems. It happens when you fast during sleeping for example. If you don't eat right you end up driving most of those fatty acids right back though. There's a couple tricks to it.

You want carbohydrates that consist of glucose/lactose molecules. Fructose can only replenish liver glycogen at a limited rate, otherwise it's made into fat and it causes inflammation. It cannot replenish muscle glycogen, and if your liver glycogen is full, it goes into fat. You also have to take into account that liss will only burn fat if you're already fasted, or it takes about 20-40 minutes for fat burning to kick in, even for zone 2 cardio. Otherwise it runs partially on glucose partially on fatty acids. So basically skip breakfast and do your liss in the morning when you're after an overnight fast.
You also want glucose in your bloodstream during/immediately after training. Maybe if you eat starches before workout it's enough, idk.
Yes. You build muscle when in a protein surplus. You lose fat/weight when in a caloric deficit. While these obviously pull at each other, it's still doable, especially for fat beginners, for whom it doesn't take much to get into a protein surplus, and for whom it is VERY easy to go into a caloric deficit.
Can you cut and lift as heavy as possible at the same time. Yes, it is possible, im doing it. The problem is, it leaves you deusional-tier fatigued at all times. Im currently a neet, I think thats the only reason I can keep up with it.

Eat an apple before you lift and after.
Yes, happens to me all the time. I lost a few sizes in pant (belly) yet I stayed the same weight and gor stronger and more muscular. I guess it's the way I train
Yes, you can. I drop from 136kg to 104kg with a caloric deficit (1.6k cal) diet where 50% of the calories where from protein sources, 25% from fat and 25% from carbs.
Of course using supplements like whey, zinc, magnesium, casein, vit c, vit d, vit e, omega3, etc
i was on intermitent fasting too 16-8, so the last meal was the micellar casein because it gave me 7-8 of staying anabolic after starting the fasting
I did like 2-3 hours of gym every fucking day working RIR 0-2 plus walking at least 10k steps.
I did it for 3-4 months... you work (i do shifts in an ER so i have time to workout every day), you train and you sleep, there is no time for anything else but maybe the weekly meet up when you only drink coke zero :/ it was hard but worth it, you still have to do select your days for failure so you could take 1 day of resting from bulking (my resting day was when i have my shift in the day)
At the end y dropped 2 sizes in my hospital uniform
No way that's real
what is not real? building muscle while losing fat or the wannabe manlet tranny i posted the picture of?
The oompa loompa who looks like a Honduran TV star dressed like a child. This can't be a real photo.
Yes if you're new to lifting (first ~3ish months), no if you aren't.
it's real
This what ~~*they*~~ took from us
Is that the girl from that movie where she gave a man a forced gender reasignment surgery and then forced him to hang himself at gunpoint because he saw a girl getting raped and didnt help her friend or something.
Yes.
You are talking about the movie Juno.
Bitch fell for the psyop.
No refunds
Same "trainer" as Kanye
Funny how that works
Originalio
Looks like a 10 year old girl dressed up in daddy's clothes
If you're gonna LARP as a dude then get a good fitting suit AT LEAST.
Not possible.

you're wrong but its fine you obviously have some strong feelings about fat people that arent based remotely on the science
Yeah, fuck fat "people" and fuck fat-positive soience lifting. Shit ruined lifting fr
what’s good bro, you ok? i didn’t mean to offend your obese mother

yes
What do you think fat is? Its energy. Consume less sugar and more protein while lifting weights and maintaning a calorie deficient.
You build muscle slower while losing fat because you don't have as many resources for muscle building
She used to be so cute. No wonder Sony stole her likeliness twice for their games.
I unironically look like this. It’s over
holy fuck those legs
I never train legs
You look like a 40 year old israelite

Eat an apple before you lift and after.
If you are skinnyfat and not obese you can build enough muscle to poke through the fat.
This is why it is better for skinnyfat people to bulk and train hard instead of cut.
Yes, happens to me all the time. I lost a few sizes in pant (belly) yet I stayed the same weight and gor stronger and more muscular. I guess it's the way I train
if you're an absolute beginner
if you're someone who has stopped lifting for a while and is now 'recomping'
if you're on steroids
so for 99% of people, the answer is NO.
yes, but only in certain contexts
Yes
t. Recomped from 23% to 14% bodyfat but stayed the same weight
With gear, or otherwise optimal hormone status, yes
If it happens automatically during puberty I'd imagine it can with some work
Yes
It’s easy for beginners
