A year for a lot of people is like late noob territory. You should still be good for now. I'd start researching intermediate programs if I were you because the wall is coming soon
if 10 inches BBC 3x10 thats 100 inches per set total 300 inches of sex but morons go hard in the gym they do drop sets so thats probably 3 more sets of half reps or 50 inches times 3. or 150 additional inches for a grand total of 450 inches compared to white boi's 30 inches. not to mention the gallon of creampie morons typically produce from eating so much watermelon!
If you’re doing heavy weight then yes. If not then hell no. I do 6-12 reps for 3-8 sets when I’m going heavy and 20-100 reps for 3-6 sets when I’m going light. Been lifting for 13 years tho
Everyone is different so go how you feel/look. If starting off, 10/3 is fine. For me if I can do 10/3, i would add more weight so that I can only do 8/3 (the 9th or 10th rep would need a spot). I also go a little heavier with each set
12-20 sets per week per muscle group

She could lose some weight.

Like once a week? You'll make no progress at all unless you're in your first month.

if u can do 10 it's too light
Ah to be a powershitter
Train to failure, the number doesn’t matter. If you must have numbers, 1 is when you hurt trying to complete the rep.
