I'm trying to lose weight. It's evening now and I'm craving something to eat, but I know I'm not hungry. How do I deal with this? Is there some kind strategy, or is it simply "don't eat lol"? Is this something that gets easier over time, or a struggle that just remains?
I'd like to hear some experiences from people who struggled with the same problem and eventually overcame it.

Woman cope. Men do the same, it's harder when you get older but that's what the fuck getting older means. Sadly it seems woman stop aging at 16 mentally. I'm seeing it happen to my girlfriend and it hurts.

Correct spelling
I give myself no room to fuck-up. I eat the same thing every day for breakfast and lunch. I eat one bowl of food for supper. I only snack at meal times. The cravings go away and hunger is a sign that you're doing things right. You should want to feel intense hunger before you eat your next meal. It's a good thing.
