How is it a bad habit to want to also control your visceral fat?

When I was still big and fat, I would tell people sarcastically that I'm transthin.
I cant believe reality surpassed my jokes. Idealism is cancer.

But what now indeed is the case: I may be half of my bf% now, but my appetite is still the one of a fat. Good for bulking, I guess.

Given that you can only gain new fat cells... If you loose weight you just shrink them and they cry to be fed.
I know how my body cried and my appetite was when I was 6%bf top shape when getting fit from probably 17% skinnyfat. Then how my body cried already at 12%ish when I shredded after gaining to 20%ish because unable to move after surgery. I let it slip again to 20%ish and I will suffer shredding it down. Cannot imagine the cravings morbidly obese ppl have after losing weight.
    > So yeah once you're fatso, you're always fatso, like a junkie
