I'm just not making progress bros. This Is the first time I've been properly going to the gym (past 2 1/2 months) and I just don't feel like I'm getting anywhere. My physique hasn't changed, I can lift more than when I started but it's still only minimal progress (for example I could only bench like 35kg, now I'm doing 3 sets of 50kg). But I don't feel much different, if anything I think I've put on weight. I'm a 75kg and 5'6, the workout I've been doing is Arnie's golden 6. So benchpress, sit ups, press ups, barbell curls, overhead press and weighted squats. What am I doing wrong bros?
