    grilled sausages not the most optimal choice for a cut
    although if you haven't ate a lot of fat during the day then eating these for dinner can help you hit the 50g fat the body needs per day
    still would replace those with ground beef so you atleast get more protein in with the fat
    the rest of the meals looks solid, can't really go wrong with eggs and veggies

    Why don't you eat meat instead of whatever processed crap sausages you have there? Like normal meat, a piece of animal protein with fat that you can cut into little pieces like that and just eat it with the same convenience
