Existential emptiness - you are supposed to feel it and fill it with something. I would suggest a social hobby, god knows I need one myself but it is easier to preach to others than to actually do shit for yourself.

you replace unhealthy habits with healthy ones so you don’t spend all your time staring at your wall you fucking retard
i recommend running cooking and coding if you don’t already lift, doing math on khanacademy is probably the healthiest thing you can do for your brain but i can’t speak on that one

You start doing the things that will make you better, smarter, stronger, more experienced, etc. Now that you've stopped doing the things that traded long-term excellence for short-term fulfillment, you are able to develop all the qualities and characters of someone who really gets whatever they want out of life; people will want to be around you, women will want you, etc.

Read books about things that might help you, learn some sort of craft that would be useful to know.

im in a similar boat and im terrified tbh. i didn't like a lot of stuff about myself and i knew the impulsivity of indulging in vices is what was sustaining my lack of faith that i'd ever be free of them. Finally, after years of lying to myself about the effort I was actually putting in, I did it all; nofap, noporn, nodrugs, nobooze, clean diet, constant study, dedicated workout routine, etc. i feel hollow and bizarre, im changing rapidly and I don't recognize the face in the mirror anymore. i dont know if i want to continue, none of this success is the real me (or at least the me i used to be) and it feels so unfamiliar and distant from my roots; my vices were sending down a road of depression, but success is sending me down a road of imposter syndrome and im still not happy.

ig at the end of my life, id prefer to have been rich, accomplished, experienced and unhappy rather than a loser and still unhappy.

I'm in the same boat. I have healthy hobbies that I do enjoy now, but I'm trying to find something that can possibly make me some money while bringing me enjoyment.
