But this is not a good routine, it's artificial stress and you would burn out in a few months. You'd have to take a pause and review the routine.

The output required to burn 1500kcal is far in excess of what a fatty is capable of. Not eating a quarter pounder combo achieves the same outcome.

Yea but cardio makes you hungry, lifting burns less calories but doesn't make you hungry and builds muscle which has an effect on metabolism and test.

I would do infinite rep bodyweight exercises such as squats and push ups. boosts metabolism increases muscle.

Better to eat less. Exercise the best appetite enhancer known to man. I wouldn't even begin to exercise until I got my diet in check if I was obese.
