If someone decided to start on an extreme baby step basis to start on their SwoleShack journey, what would you tell them to do on their first day?

Go outside for a 30 min walk
Thank you, anon.
I was thinking about going to the gym and focusing on compounds, just a couple of sets of squats for example, being able to get older while still being able to do basic movements is so important and overlooked

Along is also great
This, or really anything they wouldn't have difficulty doing every day to form a habit. To offer my own dietary equivalent: stop drinking your calories.
I’d tell them to go on a 10 minute walk after they eat at least twice a day
this is the right answer. Lifting is great and all, but if you are totally sedentary, you will get the most benefits from walking regularly to start.
Never stop walking. Other fitness builds on that base. Walking keeps you alive. Walking keeps you young.
Have sex
8 hour arm day
What is that?
You do arm exercises for 8 hours straight
Dianabol
3 scoops
3 scoops of what?
To read the sticky.
Grab a broom handle and work on your form.
Squats, bench, OHP, oly shit because why not.
Finish with shoulder dislocations since you already have a broom, they might be useful later on.
Well Satan, I would tell them to go shopping and only buy lean meat, reduced fat dairy, root vegetables, citrus fruit, and some freshly baked sourdough bread. And eat only that for a week and see how they feel.
Checked trips, Satan.
On the first day I'd
>see how many pushups i could do
>go on a 30-minute jog/walk and see how long i can comfortably jog and how much i end up walking
>Throw out all my junk food and treat myself to a healthy home cooked meal
>Watch a bunch of YouTube videos about fitness for beginners. Figure out a routine/ training approach i want to follow and why.
On the following day I'd
>repeat the exercises from day 1
>Ask SwoleShack for feedback on the routine
>Do more research on the finer points of the routine
After that
>Either start the new routine or repeat previous day until ready to start new routine.
As many pushups and situps as you can do at once. Once in the morning, once before bed.
>quick stretch session
>Free weights with the bar
>little isolations with light dumbells
>a small little test of strength to build there confidence (something easy like 5 to 10 pushups)
>a 15min incline walk
