My diet is largely fried chicken, pizza and ice cream and I'm looking pretty good. Don't know if I buy into there being good or bad foods, calories are king and you should be trying to get as much as possible if you're under 180lbs.

This. I eat pizza but 330 calories of pizza. I'm still burning fat. The carbs help keep my head clear. I was doing the boiled chicken thing and I was so unbelievably ill all the time. I'll eat sausage but 200 calories of it. I'll make sure to eat raw veggies with it as a snack later. I'll use a little hot sauce or fat free ranch. Or low fat yogurt with chia seeds. I'm losing weight faster because I have more energy to move around so I'll get up and do 150 jumping jacks, 50 pushups, 100 situps etc.
