Shrugs are a redundant exercise. If you have a decent program, your upper traps are likely being overworked already. Opt instead for a fat grip/axel bar shrug that will primarily tax your forearms.
Just do proper deadlifts - i.e. heavy - and your traps and everything else will grow. Spend the time to learn how to do the big heavy compound lifts with good form for decent volume and you will grow.
shrugs are a retarded pointless exercise anyway. all they do is create mountains of tension in your neck... it just seems monumentally stupid to do them.

for a total of 100
30 seconds rest between each set

These are actually pretty solid. I've replaced shrugs and upright rows with them.
