the problem with diet soda isn't the sweeteners, it's the acidity fucking with your teeth
it's not as bad as regular soda because no sugar, but switching at least to something non-carbonated will do you good
Personally I switched to a diet ice tea by a company named Bolero, it's a drink powder base you mix with water yourself. They also sell a ton of various fruit flavors but only the ice tea ones are really good in my opinion(and I tried like 40 of them). I think it's available internationally, not sure.
I switched from drinking soda for the last decade, to half a year of that, to water for the past half a year.
are you confusing it with sweet tea?
it's better than soda, you have the acid from flavoring but you don't have the additional acid from carbonation
you also don't actually need to make it ice cold
I drink a sugar free fresca, pepsi, 7up, and monster every day and have for like 2 years now. I drink a coffee and two teas each day also with sweeteners in them. No problems.
Ok

Nothing triggers IST more than artificial sweeteners (which is an amino acid)
I fast with pepsi zero. I don't care
Cool
No one cares 🙂
a lot of people do care in IST really

Ice tea is literally suppose to be one of the worst things for your teeth.

I quit last week, tbh. I'm drinking green tea in the afternoons as a replacement... still addicted to caffeine.
Green tea is fantastic
>replacing real food with carcinogens instead of just eating less
could never be me.
But he was specifically drinking regular soda in that Baki clip.

I would avoid soda in general, but if you must desperately drink soda, diet might maybe be a bit better than regular.
