You dont. If you left school without any connections to meet women, it’s over. Everyone now has their established group of friends and they wont add new people. Ldar it will never get better.
Pretty much this. If you are in college just force yourself into any social interaction. Because past that you either find a date at work and suffer rest of time you work there when you break up or just suffer alone forever because you'll never meet someone of your age.
Why do Americans have such trouble using dating apps?

Assuming you're a sperg (very likely) and need some form of external influence to get you there.
Keep in mind, people will only introduce you to their single friends if they like you. Everyone loves playing matchmaker, no one wants to be the cause of an abusive relationship.
Just start small conversations with strangers. It’s a muscle and you need to work it out as much as you can when it doesn’t matter. Then when you see a girl you may be interested in, start a conversation with her. You can even just say walk up and say “hi!”. Ask questions, read her body language, if her body language isn’t horrible, just say hey you want to grab a coffee sometime? Don’t start with dinner or something, coffee or a drink somewhere gives you both a chance to see if there’s something there. Also being rejected isn’t a big deal, the more girls you ask out, the more you’ll get rejected but the more you’ll get laid as well.
