Chest and front delts gets stretched. Triceps get over loaded. Traps and side delts are used as stabilizers. Serratus and abs fire like crazy. Dips just feel great. Truly the squat of the upper body.
Me too. But, I fucked the tenden in the bottom of my Medial Delt during my first warmup rep last week. Now taking a week off of my shoulders just to be safe.
