I'll hijack the thread for a question regarding creatine: Should you take it as a "beginner"? I've read multiple times to save it for when you plateau 1.5-2 years into lifting. I've been lifting seriously for a year with great progress, friends telling me I got huge etc., but wanna push it further with creatine. Seems bullshit to me to save it, thoughts?
just take it, the performance gain is absolutely minimal. it does make you look a bit fatter too due to holding water weight, so be warned if you're looking to be cut.
