I did this a month ago, except with chin ups, now I can do 2/2/2/2/2/1 over 6 sets. Do them twice a week… But how the fuck do I do more? Last week seems to have stalled entirely.
Try going until failure rather than just 2 reps. If 2 reps is all you can manage, try pulling yourself up and holding the rep for at least a few seconds before going back down.
I remember this feel after months of lat pulldowns, rows, and losing weight. Only to then go into the memedemic, set up a home gym, somehow get a hernia, and lose all my fucking gains.
Bench press pr did me in, on the way up I felt something go in my abdomen. Shit sucks, my abs feel like they're all over the place. 0 fucking stability and no prospect of surgery until the new year.

Damn dudes WTF I was always able to do at least one.
I can do 17 and like one or two fewer pullups. The numbers have always been closely the same. So I have no idea why you made the distinction because it had nothing to do with anything being discussed.
I bet you’re like that fat anon that took a video and none of his pull-ups were actual pull-ups.

Good job, OP. Keep aiming higher and you'll make it

> somehow get a hernia
Any hints as to what might have caused it?
