i been on a diet for a month or two with zero results losing belly fat so i started doing cardio yesterday. It's kind of a fucking scam, I did 25 mins in elyptic machine and only burnt 200 calories lmao, a fucking burger has like 800 cals.
redpill me on the most effective cardio type per minute or so to burn more calories or fat, you have several options like running, walking, elyptic, stationary bike, steps, etc
The trick with cardio is that it adds up overtime, it’s a tool, you can’t out-cardio a diet, but it will help your diet and lose fat faster than without it.
>you can’t out-cardio a diet
Absolute nonsense. I ride a bike to work, to the gym, and I walk/jog with my dog for 1hour minimum each day. On average I am 1hr50mins cardio daily, increasing my calorie burn by some 650-900kcal per day, depending.
If you already are eating at maintenance, or calorie surplus, you can either: eat less, or move more (both is probably better).
Having extra calorie expenditure is going to make cutting much easier. But the flip side is also true - don't want to lose gains because of cardio? Eat 200 more calories a day. You'll weigh the same and your heart and lungs will be stronger.
HIIT skipping rope + plyometric exercises (squat jumps, burpees, high knees, jump lunges, mountain climbers)
Burns more calories in less time (15-20 mins). You can do it separately or after lifting.
Cardio is not for creating a calorie deficit, it's for maintaining the health. Particularly the health of your brain is really helpful when you're intentionally short on calories, but it's not what's gonna get you thin.
Cardio improved my gains, if I go hard on cardio on one day then I won't lift the same day. Cardio helps me do longer workouts also and helps me sleep. Do cardio.
Bros do your cardio.
I used to only lift weights, recovery times in between sets used to be too long. Now I can start the next set much quicker, leading to quicker workouts.
Also I fuck like an absolute stud now. Bad cardio made me cum within 4 minutes every time. Now I fuck for 10+ mins everytime, even in sensitive positions like missionary.
Is it just me or does Cardio tighten up the entire body?
Before cardio I look a bit flabby, like my skin is loose over my muscles, but after Cardio it looks and feels tight--is it because the sweat changes the lighting, or is there some true physical change happening?
I go to the gym, walk the dog every morning, work a physical job, and swim a few times a week.
The best kind of exercise is constant, moderate, physical activity. If you can't carry a conversation while you're doing it, you're going too hard. Ultimately it depends what your goal is, obviously a triathlete wants to go as hard as they can, but if you're just looking for health and longevity and aesthetics, intense cardio is pretty much pointless.
guys i am a 6'0 137 lb skelly should i still do cardio? are the physical benefits beyond lungs and heart just that it burns calories? i feel like i should just be eating and lifting right now instead.
Honestly man if you can fit it in, go for it. You're gonna have to eat even more than you already are though, and if you're 6'0" and 137lbs your main problem is not eating enough.
I wouldn't sacrifice time lifting to do it however. The endorphins you get from cardio are just something else and that's the only reason I'd consider it for you in the first place.
No, i do cardio everyday, it doesn’t affect gains, if you keep a good diet.
HAND-CRAFTED FOR HUGE WHITE DICK
Thank you for that video.

What are the implications of not doing cardio at all?
If you don't do cardio then your cardio will be shit
Never did cardio. I do everything else, but never cardio.
you get a fat tummy and face like me, i don't do cardio
your endurance stat will be low
Life won’t feel as good as it could
Me on the right
I wanna fuck the shit out of you.
I want to beat the shit out of you

So you can out-cardio a reasonable maintenance diet
>his diet is less than 1000kcal
Ask me how I know you’re small and a manlet
He didn't say anything about how many calories he eats... just that he burns extra
>reading comprehension
Found the brainlet
Found the manlet byciclist dyel
I assume he meant a "bad diet" as he was replying to someone saying that a 200kcal cardio session doesn't help when he's eating 800kcal burgers
>Bicyclists
No one says "byciclist", you fucking pajeet.
not him but he did say he bikes to work and to the gym so it turns out you're the ESL pajeet.
>wasting 2 hours of your time per day doing cardio
fucking kek
Exactly. Why do people not get this.

Eat less
rowing machine is my favorite. its basically an aerobic version of deadlifting/squatting. very on the knees as well.
HIIT skipping rope + plyometric exercises (squat jumps, burpees, high knees, jump lunges, mountain climbers)
Burns more calories in less time (15-20 mins). You can do it separately or after lifting.
Journey of 1,000mi begins and end with a single step.
Every step along that journey is an individual step itself.
Imagine how many paragraphs and individual words one must read on their road to becoming a scholar.
Imagine how many individual reps of bench press, squat, and deadlift one must do to reach mass monster status.
You're thinking far, far, far too small. I fear for the long term function of your brain.
Cardio is not for creating a calorie deficit, it's for maintaining the health. Particularly the health of your brain is really helpful when you're intentionally short on calories, but it's not what's gonna get you thin.
There is no effective cardio for weight loss unless you plan on running 10 miles a day. You can't outrun your fork.
Kettlebell swings.
I was doing 20sets 16reps with a 32kg bell, 5 to 6 days a week and maintaining 78kgs eating close to 4k cal a day
don't eat food between 5pm and 12pm and you won't need cardio at all

how important is Cardio for a lean physique?
I feel cardio gives a full body pump in a way, I too look a lot smoother after a long run.
Plus I believe long term effects of running include recomposition/redistributing body fat
It's cuz you're dehydrated, oiled via sweat, with a slight inflammation pump.
We already know you don't lift since you do cardio. But the same thing happens there.
have this rare pepe, may it suit you well
that's an excellent Pepe. Saved.
Thanks, anon.
No, in fact I just got back from a jog.
Well, as much of a jog as I can do right now anyway. I’m a fatty trying to reform.
athletic teenage white girls are my kryptonite
does sprinting count as cardio? I just sprint to one end of the track/field, walk back, sprint back, walk back for an hour
Does walking only count as cardio if my heart rate goes up?
I would walk 10 miles over glass barefooted just to be able sniff her feet for 5 minutes.
dude, you thirsty. take a sip
girl on left make my peepee hard
Cardio is great on a cut. A nice 40 minute swim and I can eat 2500 calories while still steadily losing weight. Why would you not do cardio.
hank hill assses
Ew, literally zero ass. Do not want.

I ran a new personal record 8:40 minute mile today. I skipped cardio so long its time to get in shape
