okay so basically my bf is away until late november for work and i have to sexymaxx for when i see him next

i have found out that he follows tomboy appreciation pages. i have short hair but i’m currently fat (allegedly he doesn’t care but i do) and have started going jim 2x per week in the past month but changes aren’t coming quick enough.

i study history (medieval history of religion specifically) and have found various ecclesiastical guides on asceticism. do i start nunmaxxing? but i worry about diets bc i’m a recovered bulimic (lmao)

but also i want to be as buff as possible and i’m worried about loose skin

    Lean out.
    Intermittent fasting works best, no sugar, no soda, no bread, no flours (ar at least limit them), lots of water, tea is good, coffee helps mitigate hunger effects (carefully inspect the label looking for added sugar in coffee)
    If you are really a woman, you can do heavy cardio every day, woman have a natural God-given gift in which they recuperate faster, man usually take a little more time.
    Fruits and veggies are your friends. Meat is also a friend. Again, no sugar, no soda, no bread, no canola oil. Those 4 are the first enemy to conquer. No fried food.
    Lots of water, lots of heavy cardio.
    Godspeed, whatever you are.

      Sugar. Your worst enemy is sugar. Virtually EVERYTHING in US has added sugr. Plan out your meals, and DO NOT EAT FOOD THAT YOU DIDNT COOK YOURSELF. NOT EVEN SALADS.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! that’s absolutely perfect. i have been avoiding seed oils (i use butter or evoo) for about a year now and mostly batch cook for myself depending on what i can get. i’m in the uk so i don’t have as much of the problem with added sugar/corn syrup in everything but budget is a problem currently and sometimes the cheapest meats are the most processed. i haven’t limited my carb intake necessarily but i’ve been making homemade bone broth from chicken carcasses (it’s cheaper to get whole chicken & roast & shred & use the carcass for broth than just chicken breasts) but i think i’m a bit disheartened that i’ve actually put on weight over last year. granted there are other factors too but arrgh. i’ll try to cut out sugar though! i’ve been trying to get honey instead but it’s not as useful for baking. idk. but thank you so much!!!!

      The nagger here is heavy cardio if you are a beginner. Also squats, lateral leg raises, all that shit. You are a woman, you need ass training, which is what squats and lateral leg raises are.

      It's in spanish, but I love this nagger so much it's unreal

      It's two parts. First cardio, then light calistechnics.
      You can do the first part and mix it up with
      3 sets of 20 squats, full rom
      3 sets of 20 lateral leg raises, each leg
      3 sets of 20 bird-dogs, each leg
      6 days a week.
      Lots of water, no sugars, sleep well.

    Take kickboxing and bjj, if you do then

    -you will have guided work outs
    -you will get lots of cardio and the fat will melt off your body
    -Youll get a toned physique
    -pretty much the apex way to tomboy max,
    -you will encourage him to train as well which will sexy max him

    BASED i will, i’ll see if there are any classes around!! bjj is actually something i’ve been interested in for a while now bc of the practicality of it for self defence. the self defence society got shut down at my uni before i had the chance to go and i’d like to do something like that

    bf is very fit, part of the reason why i want to get myself up to scratch. he’s been wonderful with giving me tips and recommendations and he’s said that when he gets back he’ll teach me how to deadlift and be my spotter!!! we actually met through his innawoods camping page 😀 he keeps telling me how excited he is for us to train together, so i don’t want to make a fool of myself when we do

      You should go frequently but not go too hard while your there. If your going everyday then by holding back on intensity and staying safe youll limit the likely hood of injury while becoming extremely gorgeous. Bjj is surprisingly good for shaping the butt. Lots of bjj guys have cake. In any case, go all the time but go like 30% intensity and focus on veing safe at first.

    To become a muscle mummy will take much longer than your time constraint will allow, but if you go hard at it as other anons have recommended you will be a lot fitter in a month
    If plain cardio is boring try circuit type work of calisthenics instead, works both your muscles and cardiovascular system
    Sneed oils is one of your biggest enemies, eliminating that will most likely get rid of surface level 'fluffiness', you just need to be consistent everyday to maximise in the month you have
