Only retarded sciencefags segregate training by heads of a single muscle. Just do the one exercise you like more and both heads will grow at their preferred ratios. Triceps aren't like pecs where there's separate innervation sites.

Putting that bench there is a waste of equipment. Let me make it simple. Do an extension where your upper arm is down or in front of you, and do another extension where your upper arm is facing the sky (or close to it). Typical rep range, 8-12.
