I hate bulking so much it's unreal

        If you wanted 3pounds of muscle growth a week, you would need 600 x 3 = 1500 a WEEK. That's just 257 calories a day above maintenance.

For those who don’t compete, you’re better off simply eating and adding muscle on a steady way. There is no need to bulk and cut. Get on that cut and don’t ”bulk” again.       1500 calories is too much. Try 500. Given how much you've already put on, try more like 200 or 300.

    You could just do a 4 week mini cut. I personally have the opposite problem of trusting the cut. I am currently cutting. I feel like a husk of my former self but I'm noticing more and more random little cuts and veins.

    Besides your pants getting slightly harder to fit in, nothing else you stated should come with a bulk. If your bodyfat is increasing quickly and substantially enough that normies are calling you fat, you’re eating way too much food and are just becoming a fatass. Aim to gain only a few pounds a month (i.e. 2-4 pounds) and assuming your training/diet/lifestyle isn’t complete shit, you’ll gain plenty of muscle without putting on an insane amount of fat.
