How am I supposed to keep exercising? I could go to the gym after work but then my entire day would be work, gym, sleep and at that point why not just kill myself?
I could only go on the weekends, how do wageslaves of SwoleShack do it?

Your body will adjust to the earlier wake times. You can have a cup of coffee to make yourself awake during the day to keep yourself still. I personally don't tho.

Do you not eat before going to the gym? Isn't it dangerous to lift weights without breakfast?

Been lifting heavy in the morning without breakfast for a long time lol it's fine if you want that extra carb energy rice krispies kick before your lift but again I personally haven't had rice krispies before the gym in a long time.

Depends on the person, depends on what they eat, etc. I would rather work out on an empty stomach than have a meal shortly beforehand, personally. It also depends what you're doing at the gym. I don't see how it could be "dangerous", though.

I was under the presumption you never should workout on an empty stomach unless you're strictly doing cardio. And with weights, you're going to injure yourself since there's not enough nutrients or gas in the tank to sustain your lifts

Same, probably best time to hit a gym.

I have coffee and protein shake with carbs before a proper breakfast after.

Find a job that pays more per hour if possible and just opt for part time. I recently got one that's 20-30 hours a week, pays 28 an hour. Only issue is it's split into two 2-3 hour shifts per day, that's annoying.

one thing you could do is get some kind of computer job that lets you WFH, saves you all kinds of time in the long run. unfortunately most people are doomed to spend many years of their lives working. the best thing you can do is learn to reduce that time. grind while you still have a fire in your gut and then reap the rewards later on. spend time becoming financially literate now that you actually have income as well. invest. properly investing a good chunk of your earnings with a moderate risk tolerance can enable you to retire many years earlier than others.

          >one thing you could do is get some kind of computer job that lets you WFH
This if possible is the best situation.
My gym is a few minutes walk from my apartment, i have slack on my phone and I take my laptop with me so I can quickly head to the coffee shop and jump on if something urgent comes up.
It rarely does though and I usually manage to steal plenty of time for a workout.
If you're good at your job and are easy to get along with then you can carve out a lot of free time most days in a WFH position.
My contracted hours are 9 to 6 Monday to Friday but really i only do about four hours of focussed work a day I think.
As long as I stay in contact and I'm taking care of all my responsibilities then no one cares.

I work a full time manual job and I lift 3 hours a day. I enjoy my job and lifting. Thats the difference. You are natural slob so doing anything thats good for you is agony. Join the military so you can borrow someone elses will.

    >entire day would be work, gym, sleep
If you work 8 hours and sleep 8 hours you still have 8 hours in the day? Should take you 1 hour max to work out.

thats not how the real world works. most people need to commute and and your lunch break is usually not paid. for example 30 minute commute and 60 min lunch break means you are atleast 10hours away from home. 8 hours of sleep and you "only" have 6 hours left. some of them are used for daily tasks like cooking, shower, winding down, random shit here and there and you now end up with only 4-5 hours per day and thats in a really good case.

literally same here. Waking up at 6am to go to work 7-15. The "gym" part takes up 3 hours. Also I need to sleep 7-8 hours to not be a zombie in the morning. That leaves 5 hours at most for free time. I suggest you just do everything during the week and do make the most out of saturdays and sundays.

Most companies allow you an hour lunch plus at least 30 minutes to an hour of exercise time these days. You’ll need to get used to being naked in locker rooms so you don’t go back stinky.
