yes all grain/flour products are toxic and are full of pesticides
if humans didnt eat it before farming was invented then its bad for you its that simple
Ok then, why dont you also stop buying meat, and instead why dont you hunt your own meat? ketomorons will go on a 10 hour rant about how humans naturally shouldn't eat grains yet will slurp down deep fried bacon and steak that they bought in a Walmart
True I would actually agree although it does sometimes make you feel full, but there’s just so many better alternatives If you’re not trying to get fat
Pasta does indeed make you feel full, but it has too many calories. When I worked as a waiter (and I'm talking about a tourist restaurant were you run 8 hours non-stop) I had to stuff myself with pasta every day in order to endure the hunger and not lose weight. It’s crazy how much energy this shit has.
>Pasta does indeed make you feel full, but it has too many calories
really ?
the pasta I buy and the rice I buy have pretty much the same amount of calories, maybe 10-20kcal more for the pasta
my family is Italian and the healthiest regions don't eat a lot of pasta comparatively, the region with the longest longevity - central Sardinia - they eat a lot of goat milk and fermented foods, fish is a big one also
they also don't eat big portions, exercise a lot and have huge families and stable social bonds
holy quads my negger. I'm obliged to respond to your extremely low quality post. no your fine. i eat both rice and wheat noodles daily.
omg i am god
Pastamorons have some of the best and longevity in the world, I'm trying to eat more pasta myself, wagmi based pastafrogposter
Obviously it depends on the quality of the pasta, the add on, and how it's cooked
Yes as long as you don't overdo the servings and add some veggies here and there. Have a good day quads fren.

We exist because of farming, without wheat, civilization doesn't occur.
>Taking advice from a guy on social media larping as carnivore larping as a statue of a roman emperor
Anyone who uses "muh antecesors" headcanon as an argument is full of shit.
You don't think he's a cool alpha male?

Depends on how much of it you eat but you are most likely fine.
It’s like bread or rice. Depends on the portions, like always.
If you eat 80-100g a day you are fine. If you eat 300g you aren't.
>300g you aren’t
moron I’m trying to bulk I’ll be eating about that much a day
>I'm trying to get fat
Then you are fine. But it's not for anyone who's cutting or on maintenance

Nah, I can stuff myself with pasta and still be hungry a few hours later. Stick to rice and potatoes unless you wanna bulk.
if your med no, if you aren't yes
They make Mac n cheese out of red lentils now more protein and less calories it’s good
