I cannot for the life of me bench more than 185 for 2-3 reps at 210 lbs. I'm ready to kys. I've been stuck here for months. I've switched programs several times. I'm definitely getting enough protein, all my other lifts are skyrocketing. Why is bench like this?

What accessories are you training? Or are you another lost soul from SS who thought that compounds alone would carry you to 2pl8 benching?
I do a lot of neutral DB, incline DB, and close grip barbell, I try to keep all accessory work in the 3x15 range. I also do skullcrushers, tricep pushdowns, and dips for arms development.
I can bench 205 for 8 but I'm afraid of moving up to 225 without a Spotter
Then ask someone to spot you. I won't do any more than 275 without a spotter.

Are you in a surplus? My bench only started increasing when I bulked a bit harder. Now I’m fat, but bench increased. Here’s to hoping I won’t lose too much strength cutting.
I've been maintaining 210 for awhile. Definitely fatter that where I should be for my strength level but I'm almost at a 4pl8 DL and I can squat 315 for sets of 5 on a good day.
What body fat are you at? Go in a calorie deficit and lost the pudge and then slowly build up and then worry about increasing bench numbers.

I have no idea. I have a small belly, it's not great but not awful.
Eat more and do more sets of bench press.

That's built into my program. I can 1-rep 195 for a couple of sets before I start to tire out.
