Going by the commonly accepted consensus that 1 egg is about as bad for you as 5 cigarettes,
      >1095 eggs a year x 7 for a total of 7665 eggs
      >x5 = 38325
You have equivalently smoked 38325 cigarettes. Your poor heart lol

        Old science bro.

        >While it’s true that just one large egg yolk has 200 mg of cholesterol—making it one of the richest sources of dietary cholesterol—eggs also contain additional nutrients that may help lower the risk for heart disease. In addition, the moderate amount of fat in an egg, about 5 grams, is mostly monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat. It’s also crucial to distinguish between dietary cholesterol and cholesterol in the blood, which are only weakly related. The focus on dietary cholesterol alone was de-emphasized as more attention was placed on the influence of saturated and trans fat on blood cholesterol. Accordingly, the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2015 removed the prior recommendation to limit consumption of dietary cholesterol to 300 mg per day. [1]

My grandmother got mad as fuck when I told her this. She was poor when she was a kid, as in not having enough food some days. Eggs were readily available, super cheap. But they only ate a couple a week because it was "unhealthy".
This shitty food science has real, tangible bad influence on people. It is maddening!
The current trend of demonizing meat consumption is the same shit. There are lots of people in the west that think that meat is literally unhealthy.

Vegitarianism and veganism are communist plots to weaken the population and make them slaves. Anyone who says dairy and other animal products are bad for you is a lying communist and should be hanged in the pubic square and their carcass picked apart by vultures.
Anyone who believes the lie should likewise be culled from the herd.

If your lipidologist is good, he'll want to check if you're an under/overabsorber before telling you whether 0 or 42 eggs a day are better for you
