It’s just cigarettes but I feel my dependency on them is on par with meth addicts
I switched to a vape then slowly reduced the nicotine content over time until just the physical habit remained. Then I kicked that separately. It's hard fucking work any way you do it but it can be done. I also recommend praying for God's help.
Last time I prayed to god he sent a fucking pandemic I don’t trust the fucker
lol this. if there is a god all I want to do is kick him in the fucking nuts before he smites me
Reddit moment!
Covid wasn't real anon
There's a book by alan carr I think his name was. 40 a day smoker who quit cold turkey and wrote a book on it. I quit cold turkey after reading it and was happy (apart from some mood swings and headaches obviously) it helps you undo all the brainwashing you've done to yourself with the habit it's a short book but definitely worth the read. The guy is dead now as well so you don't have to feel bad for pirating it
How does one even get addicted to cigarettes?
I smoke at parties sometimes but the head high is too fucking strong to do it sober. Also you smell fucking disgusting.
Weak mind should just an hero.
My doctor said I have oral fixation
Have the balls to say kys you homosexual
You know, I love smoking cigs, but never have I ever gotten to the point where I'm that dependent
I can go months without smoking then pick it up and smoke like an addict for the rest of the year
Maybe you just need to stop being a bitch?
Get Recigar from Poland. It is a miracle drug for getting rid of cravings. It is cytezine, an amino acid, and it blocks the nicotine receptors in the brain.
With this, the only thing you need is the willpower to not buy more tobacco.
westoids usually get varenicline, which has similar effects. it should be covered by most insurances and easy to come by.
personally i've used cytezine to kick the habit after 15 years. it is sold under various names in all ex-commie euro countries, as it is used around these parts for many decades.
I'm two years smoke free. It's very difficult. I just did it cold turkey.
Even now I still want to smoke one cigarette...

imagine if these two sucked your dick at the same time, ahah jk, jk...
I haven't smoked in a year. I also quit cold turkey.
What helps is that I also quit drinking, which always made me crave a cigarette.
after the 6mo mark drinking didn't trigger my cravings any more.
best course of action would be to find a reason why you want to quit (important, can be anything from hating the israelites to loving the furher), using some form of cessation medication that is *NOT* based on nicotine and quitting cold turkey.
4 weeks off and it keeps getting easier. Can't believe I haven't quit sooner. Tobacco really does reduce your quality of life.
Unironically lollipops if you wanna go cold turkey.
You'll go through a family sized bag of them in a week. The headaches start on the 2nd or 3rd day and last for another week.
You can try to kick your cig habit for vapes but it has to be deliberate. Otherwise you'll just be even more addicted to vaping than you ever were to cigs.
Read Allen Carr
What helped me is to realize that smoking is pointless. This partially fixed psychological dependency, next had to do something else when I usually went to smoke. Try brewing tea or doing some push-ups or going for a walk.
Nicotine addiction lasted for around 2 weeks. But I just ignored it and kept telling myself that smoking is pointless.
Worked for me.
I smoked for a year consistently, switched to vapes with the occasional smoke, switched to nicotine pouches, slowly lowered the amount of nic I consumed daily. last week I decided to stop paying for nicotine and quit. I took the bitch route and weaned myself off it over the course of 4 years. you can do that or be a Chad and cold turkey, gl bro
Just recognize that tobacco is literally poison
So this is a work in progress for me but recently I had a breakthrough that I think may help me the next time I try. When I was growing up my needs were not met. Around 14 I started smoking, and have quit multiple times over the years, tried Alan Carr, gum, cold turkey and the longest was for 2 years before I relapsed again.
My problem is psychological. I realized that I was using nicotine to respond to every signal my body gave me, because this was the habit I built back then. So for me it was every emotional need and often physical needs that I couldn't get met, so I replaced the fulfillment of those needs with cigarettes. As a result I have a lot of difficulty distinguishing between any body sensation and nicotine craving.
I'm planning to use meds or patches, and retrain myself to identify and then meet my needs, instead of ignoring them to stay alive. Since I am no longer a kid at the mercy of others I am capable of this. Maybe this could be related to your problem quitting, maybe it is not helpful, but I thought it was better to mention it just in case.
Good luck to you anon, I hope you can kick this.
Do edible gummies but like half or a third of a 10mg so you’re buzzed for a couple hours
