Most i can pull is 350. I've recently started training sumo and conventional methods to see if that helps. Any pointers?

What's your form like?
ask and share a vid of yourself deadlifting to powerlifters, not anons on IST. are you pulling slack out? are your lats set? do your knees and hips lockout at the same time (for conv, not sumo)? are your shins straight on sumo or too straight for conv?
Have you tried addressing whats weak? Is your form shit sometimes? Are you doing DL's post squat and they are suffering?

Sumo to hit the glutes and then go back to regular deadlifts when you're stronger.
Rows, weighted pullups, leg press, bridges will all help alongside deadlifts. Also your leverages might make it harder to deadlift. For me my wingspan is 5'11 and im 5'8 so its easier for me compared to my barrelchested friends where its easier for them to bench and ohp than me. Just push yourself dude. Eat more protein and calories and be consistent and your shit will go up. Gl dude.
