Get one of those gel masks you put in the fridge and then wear it in the mornings, it does help a lot.
I also have permanent eye circles. It‘s simply genetic. Our skin is very thin there so the blood beneath shines through, giving it a dark look. To sum it up, it‘s over

Same, I’ve had mine since I was a kid. It sucks, but what can you do
1. Less screen time (this one is the most important, staring at your computer for long periods is what is causing red eyes and the surrounding of your eyes
2. Spend more time in the sun
3. Don't touch or rub your eyes
4. You may have an allergy to dust or something
5. Genetics leading to thinner skin around your eyes and more veins, possibly get fatter?
In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

hate to break it to you but there's no real solution no matter how much money you have.
people here may tell you to rub random bullshit on them or buy israeli chemicals but honestly it's something you have to live with. You don't have to believe me. Search this subreddit I link for dark circles, it's been discussed to death by these women who dedicate their lives to running from the sands of time and trying to look good and they have not found a solution and admit that you can't do anything other than collagen injections if the cause is thin skin
