KEEP WINDOWS OPEN IN THE DAYTIME TO ALLOW FRESH AIR INTO YOUR LUNGS AND BRAIN
KEEP SOME PLANTS SO YOU CAN HAVE CLEAN AIR IN YOUR ROOM AT NIGHT
Meditation— not joking bro I’ve tried various meds but after meditating 10 min a day for one month I can turn my thoughts off when I need to.
Lot of people think it’s a meme but it works. Sit and try to think of nothing. A thought WILL come to you, let it go. (Think of it like working out and each time a thought pops up and you return your focus to your breathing / thoughtlessness- that’s one rep). Lot of people think they can’t meditate because no matter how hard they try thoughts will come up. That’s not failure that’s expected and meditating isn’t thoughtlessness, it’s the act of RETURNING to thoughtlessness and trying to maintain that as along as possible. A thought WILL come though and that’s ok. Just keep letting it go, return to your breathing.
It may sound like some hippie-mom-who-believes-in-astrology bullshit, but once you’ve done it enough, then in your normal every day life if an anxious thought comes up, you’ve now developed the skill of letting thoughts go when they are of no benefit to you. (That’s another one I use a lot if I find myself fixated on something making me fee shitty, I just ask myself if thinking about it helps me in any way, if it doesn’t, let it go.)
Again, I know it sounds like bullshit, but I used to be full on suicidal my anxiety was so bad. Meds didn’t help. Meditating and cognitive behavioural techniques are king.
You thrive on dancing in our laps before the more familiar chaps who know the curtain leads to fever
Lifting
Ashwagandha
Phenibut
In that order.
If phenibut isnt working for you then alcohol wont do shit for you either.
Yo you can't use phenibut more than a couple of times /biweek. Never tried ashwagandha though, does it really work?
Proper sleep and not caring. Also Mag d3 and NAC.
You literally just have to grow older and understand the world around you.

I want to start meditating more, but every time I sit down to do it, I get a pain in chest and throat that makes it unbearable to continue. What do?
Real answer from someone with lifelong severe anxiety:
Clean eating
Daily movement
8+hours of sleep
Meditation
Journalling
Affirmations
Breathing exercises
can you elaborate on journaling? I've been interested in the idea of it but I never know what to write
Going gymming does wonders for me
I don't get the last row. Why is choosing table evil?
