It’s the test boost worth it? I don’t know anymore bros… I just love the feeling and it looks cool like a cool dude smoking with sunglasses. But it’s starting to affect my health in a very negative way. But if I stop I start to get stressed and very very hungry. Also I love dom smoker girls…
I’m being honest here, I’m suffering right now.
Help… please…
Sorry for the typos I’m just very concerned about this.

Try the gum anon. I stopped smoking tobacco by using a combo of the gum and smoking weed. So technically i still do the habit of "smoking" but not tobacco. I do not smoke weed like all day or something crazy. Try the gum bro. Chew the gum in anticipation of when you would smoke. NOT WHEN YOU WANT TO SMOKE OR YOU WILL FAIL.
i switched to vaping
doesn't look cool
but it allows me to keep the habits, is healthier and also has lots of other small advantages (no more smelly clothes/house, no fire risks, no ash everywhere)
for the record i tried to quit cigs 2 times before switching
both times i made it several months in, well past the period of physical addiction to nicotine itself
but i never managed to forget the habits
eventually saying no to myself multiple times a day (in he morning with my coffee, after meals, etc) got quite tiring
so both times i went back to cigs
and a couple years after the last time i quit, i looked into vaping, gave it a shot, and transitioning was actually very easy.
every time you inhale combusted smoke of any kind, you are directly putting carbon monoxide into your body. while your blood oxygen may stay high, your organs are being deprived. your arteries are suffering chronic damage and in turn you will grow arterial plaque in various places, generally closer to the heart/carotid arteries. you'll eventually feel the symptoms of angina as your arteries get worse, and while doctors may advise that you stop smoking they are more likely to attempt to futilely treat you for issues with cholesterol. studies have shown that such arterial damage can be reversed in 2-3 years of abstaining, but can you really trust your life/longevity with that? we don't really know how bad the long lasting damage is, or how subtly it can affect other things like your DNA. stop fucking smoking.
appease your nic fits in another way and exhibit some self restraint and self respect (if you have any left)
bro said angina lmao
lol
you can be asymptomatic for a long time (see pic, blood can still pass through despite there being plaque), but your blood flow truly gets fucked and messes with all sorts of shit
My grandpa smoked his whole life and died healthy at 93.
There's no test boost from smoking you fucking idiot
>it looks cool like a cool dude smoking with sunglasses
fun fact: you actually look like a giant gay (who smells bad)
Checked and I've never met a cig smoker who wasn't a piece of trash pilled
Did you seriously get psyoped by that test meme? If it raises serum test levels that could mean absolutely anything, and if smoking involves it probably means something terrible
Hey now someday you will quit.
It could be now with plenty of life left to enjoy... or it could be when you are bed ridden and can't even muster the breath to hold your arms up, let alone grip the lighter.
Admitting you have a problem is the first step. Go do the others gay.
>cold turkey
>stay on the alternatives like gum
1 or the other. Something something a pack a day is like being 50 pounds overweight. Fuck off with that logic, but be prepped to be a munchy monster apparently because smokers eat to cope instead of smoking.
Rip the band-aid off and quit. No one solution for quitting - patches, gum, vaping, sucking dick - work for everyone, that's why there are so many of them. Keep trying until you find the one that allows you to titrate down to nothing. You can do it man.
don't buy any more tobacco products
that's all you do
i tapered down by smoking lighter and lighter brands untill i got down to yellow american spirits which where half of what i used to smoke (orange ones would be a little lighter still). Like, started to smoke the next lighter ones, smoked more to get my nicotine, reduced until i was back to baseline numbers, next lighter brand. From there, quitting was pretty easy. But keep in mind: you picked up smoking for a reason, or multiple reasons even; as long as that's still in your life, you will eventually pick it up again.just something to be aware of.
Read easy way to stop smoking, it helped me a lot. I smoked from 14 to 32, just quit
without replacements or anything, and I haven't taken a puff in 2 years. That being said, if you don't want to stop you won't. If you think you like the taste or enjoy smoking you'll feel like you're missing out and you'll be miserable. Take a deep look into yourself and really do some introspection and you'll see that you're deluding yourself
