However, 1500 calories is too low for me, so I eat the breakfast and lunch, get to around 1000 calories and then eat whatever I want for dinner.
Today I had a breakfast burrito along with my normal lunch so I'm gonna eat the chicken salad for dinner.
If you're desperate you can add a few croutons, maybe take out the olives or something you don't like and substitute with cranberries and put almonds on the salad instead of the oatmeal. It will be delicious. You only need salt and pepper for seasoning
