And the consequences of it just build up over time, if you have certain genetic predispositions you may look fine at 25 with a shitty lifestyle, but at 50+ there's just no way.
I'm 38. I do not know a single person my age who has stayed IST. Most of my friends let themselves go right after high school, both physically and nutritionally. I will never understand.
I’m 30 and I feel like I’m just getting started. All of my married friends are overweight and in a decline. Almost everytime we hangout one makes some sort of comment on my metabolism as if that’s the only reason I’m in better shape than they are. They’re happy though so not gonna push them into anything they probably already consider but decide not to do.

I think most people stop taking care of themselves after they have children. With all the responsibilities, it can suddenly become hard to even find time to run, lift or whatever
Two points. One, my father had three kids and never stopped exercising. When he was engaged to my mom they had a talk about expectations for marriage and he said he would work hard and be willing to bend on many things but that she had to agree to never interfere with his training, and she stayed true to that. Two, just over half of my close friends are childless and they generally are fatter than my married friends with kids.

I started lifting two years ago, I turn 40 in September. It’s never over, we are always back.
I know a single 50+ guy who looks like this but hes a literal athlete, not a single one in his 40s and a couple of 30 somethings. Huge, huge minority, so you stand out a lot more as a fit older dude compared to late teens or 20s fit guys who are a dime a dozen.
I'm pretty new to shrugs. Started doing 4-6 sets of 20 reps with something like 180lbs. I can defo go heavier but I'm doing them slow enough to get a muscle burn.
Do I go heavier and do the 12-20 rep range or more volume with not necessarily the heaviest weight?
I'm not a pussy gay, not super strong but I like a challenge.
Slow and controller is always better. I do 3x20 reps twice per week and increase the weight 5lbs when I can do all three sets. I'm up to 320lbs but my grip is the limiting factor at this point, will probably need to use straps to progress much further.
Alright cool. I already bought hooks for this reason. Doing 5x20 I hated my grip giving out just as I was getting that muscle properly worked, I was like F this, Hooks do their job but I'll probably try if straps work better.
I see that too, just hit 40 and all my friends and colleagues started to gain weight after 28. How hard is it to not overeat and go do some sport a day or two per week. I really don't understand it, unless they drink a lot of alcohol to cope with their shitty lives..
I will never understand it. I know a couple of people who were serious athletes when they were young. Pro tennis, track and field, soccer, etc.
If you see pictures of them at 17-20 they looked ripped.
But now at 30-40 they're all fat and (some of them) married or divorced, don't give a fuck anymore and only talk about the time "back then".
Most people nowadays live to at least 80. These gays haven't even lived half their life and already given up? Especially when they were so fit and successful when they were young?
Maybe I'm the retarded one. I only started getting fit at 25. I was never fat, but severely unathletic and chubby at times. Now at 29 I look (and feel) better than I ever have.
Maybe it's just hardcore cope on my part and you're "supposed" to peak in high school/college?! But the math simply doesn't check out. What am I doing with the next 50-60 years of my life?
Of course I'll never be a pro athlete anymore, I'm way too old for that. But neither did any of my pro-athletes in high school friends. All they have is some medals and maybe an article in some local newspaper to show for it. Which is GREAT, don't get me wrong, I just don't get why they stopped when they're not even halfway across the finish line.

37 here, these guys get it. Health and fitness are not exclusive to young people. If anything, they get even more important as you age. Jack LaLanne kept working out his entire life and reportedly did his standard workout routine the day before he died at the age of 96.
You need to consider why you work out. Are you eating healthy and exercising for vanity? Are you doing it just so you can have a nice body to attract women? This is probably why most guys are doing it and it's why most guys don't maintain it. Just like women who get fat after they get married, guys who are lifting for a specific goal don't have any drive to keep doing it after they reach that goal.
Are most middle aged people in shit form? Absolutely. Not even shit form - most of them are literally obese. You have to live in your body until you die and if you're 40

then your life is only halfway over. Shit, if you make it past 80 then it's not even halfway over. People hit 30 or 40 and think they can just stop. Well, you can if you want to turn into one of these decrepit old fucks who can't even stand on their own.
Do you want to be a 70 year old who shuffles around pushing a walker or do you want to be Jack LaLanne still lifting in your 90s? Remember that you exercise and eat well to maintain your body in optimal form and you'll never have a reason to want to stop. Being physically attractive isn't something you need to focus on - it's a natural side effect of being fit and healthy.

How tf does he get those flat pecs and that all-around hard look while not being super cut? >t. fit 30yo who either looks totally dyel or athletic as fuck depending on pump, hydration, and lighting, but never just solid like DC there
which could it be?
A. Celebrity photoshoot.
B. Lighting.
C. Photoshop.
D. Genetics
E. Access to better nutrition.
F. Access to expert fitness trainers.
G. Has more time than the average person to take care of himself.
H. All of the above.

I hate this meme. Do you seriously believe that just because he eats organic grapes instead of ones with pesticides he looks better than you?
All the nutrition information you need is available on the internet for free and even if you are a poorfag you can prioritize and still look and feel better.

It's really hard to say because he has movie magic making him look buffer than he really is, in this scene he was fasted + dehydrated and was pumped up as fuck. Favourable angles too.
I'd say that's the body of a guy who benches 2pl8 though. And I mean actually benches 2pl8, not barely moves the bar while a spotter takes most of the weight like a lot of guys count as benching 2pl8 lol

>married and divorced
That's the reason why. When you get an available womb you just sit down and let go. Biological impulse. >What am I doing with the next 50-60 years of my life?
Being a feudal serf, drinking, dealing with back pain
>I know a couple of people who were serious athletes when they were young. Pro tennis, track and field, soccer, etc.
I see this shit all the time and imo it's a cognitive dissonance, in their they still see themselves as athletes despite being 30 and fat.
Others however get burnt out.
I had a rowing trainer that was the best lightweight single of the Netherlands for like 8 years, went to the Olympics etc. He was morbidly fat and spoke german with a ridiculous accent, wildly confident as well, he'd scream at you in his gibberish from his motorboat while training
i'm 36 and quit lifting/macros all that shit and just go to bjj a couple times a week and swim. when you have kids a rigid schedule and good sleep goes right out the fucking window. i dont really give a shit, i just try to eat reasonably healthy and stay thin.
most people 35+ who are still hardcore gymcelling are kinda looked at as goofs.
35 and just had second kid. I’m with you. Being strict gets hard to balance with kids and work. I have a garage gym and wife has a peloton. I workout based on the time I have. Lift what I want, I like the bike for quick cardio. Then I run or skateboard when I have time. Try to eat decent. More just avoid shit food than stress about macros
>when you have kids a rigid schedule and good sleep goes right out the fucking window
What? You have to keep kids on a fairly rigid schedule, at least so far as sleep is concerned. So you should have time in the morning, over lunch (if you're working at home), or in the evening when they're in bed. It's tough the first 6 months or so, but once kids sleep through the night, it's fine.
Unless you're dropping them off at daycare or something and fucking up their natural sleep cycle.
I was on board with you, till the last sentence.
It's funny how you can't stop yourself from flinging a back handed judgment in the end. Worst part is I don't think anyone was ready to condemn you for stopping to take care of your kids. But the way you choose to bash those of us that don' t, well...it shows some kind of resentment either towards us, or your kids. It's not nice to use them as a shield like that. My mother was like that ''I sacrificed so much for you'', ''I put my own goals to the side'' etc...Not a good look on your part, OP. I was more than happy to live and let live with you. But that last little comment there shows' you're guilty of judgments yourself, however inoffensive you tried to frame it.
>most people 35+ who are still hardcore gymcelling are kinda looked at as goofs
losers I know already mock me for taking my career seriously in my 20's so i'll be well prepared for people like you
It’s the trap of being “athletic” and being constantly reminded of how “athletic” you are. Most only train because they’re being goaded around like cattle by coaches and teammates, and once that accountability ends, they find out they never really developed the self-discipline to be fit by their own willpower.
Then they just give up and cope by saying to themselves “still got it” when they pick up an ottoman without throwing their back out. Quite sad really.
This, it's also why tons of athletes go broke after they retire. No sense of money management, no independent business or side hustle outside of the sport, everyone telling you that you're the best/A genetic freak/etc.
This. Same reason why people in the military are ultra-disciplined but when they leave the military, their sleep schedule is just as fucked as everyone else's.
Environment matters a lot
Well your skin starts to turn into this clear jello like stuff and then your gains will literally seep out in the night when you sleep. Your eyes become sunken, and when I go out in sunlight it burns me painfully. Every time I pass by a hobo while out on my nightly runs+calisthenics I get strange hunger pains too.
Anyway, it’s not a super big deal. Just part of getting old. Like I said, I’m still nearly as strong as I was in my prime even despite all that! Wagmi
Its different for everyone. I feel like I lost impulse control after about 28 and I'm hungry all the time. About once a month I go on a serious bender, wake up naked, sometimes covered in dirt and grass and etc and I have no idea what happened. Never happened as a kiddo.
Outside of famous actors like you posted, brad Pitt, statham etc it's very rare. Most guys let themselves go and get fat in their late 20s. I'd say if you're under 20% bf with a good amount of muscle past 30 you're unironically in the top 5% fitness wise for your age group
most people in the middle ages were poorly fed peasants and slaves, might've had endurance and some strength that could beat modern averages but their diet was largely shit except for some regions.
Some regions is an important disclaimer. Anglo-Celtic peasants ate a diet that fitness models today would envy aside from all the beer. Lots of whole foods, dark bread and soups, salmon, eggs, lean pork, veggies, dried fruit, a diet like what bronze and silver age bodybuilders ate when not cutting or doing a movie, in smaller portions of course. And the aristocracy ate like roasted chicken, white bread, sweet cakes, etc. "court food" didn't have a good reputation for being healthy.
i'm 39 and i'm in stupidly great shape for my old age and shitty health according to everyone i know ( i don't know if they say that to be nice or if they have no idea what a real fit person looks like ) and i feel like a hamplanet, guess i'll never be able to work out my self esteem
started lifting at 29, now 33 and ~180 lbs, I have a broken back and sleep apnea which cut into my recovery and gains a lot, but I'm much healthier now than I've ever been
31 and a half currently and can't seem to lose my love handles. Down 7 pounds from 182 to 175, and I'm 5'10. Should I do more cardio olderbros? I lift 5 days a week and do LISS incline treadmill for about 20~30 minutes 4 days a week for around 200~300 cal (according to the treadmill) a session. On a deficit of about 2,200 at the moment but usually only eat like 2k. Any tips?
32 here. just cut 5lb in 21 days. 160lb, 6'. >BMR 1700. >x1.2 = maintenance = 2040kcal > -100, gets rid of cals burnt from basic sedentary walking life, 2300-3000 steps or so. > get pedometer app on phone. use app to add cals burned from steps to your new non step maintenance. i.e 1940 + step cals = new maintenance cals. >eat 1900kcals, step cals = deficit.
i went for hour long walks multiple times a day, averaging 23,000 steps. or 833kcals burned from walking. x 21 days / 3500 = 4.99lb >T. tracks his food, steps, weight with spreadsheets. can maintain body weight within 0.5lb for months
This is cool, but any anons who want to try this should get a tracker to do the maths for them via their heartrate and GPS, because the magic numbers in anons math won't be applicable to you, you won't get his exsct results.
Lots of people track calories in, but unless you track calories out, it's like measuring all the furniture you want for your living room, to make sure it would all fit... but you didn't measure the living room itself.
I don't care which brand you get, not affiliated with anyone, but trackers are really underrated. >t. Can drop 2lb every 7 days with a full belly
35 here dyel and I’m significantly more for than just about every man at work. Handful roid/test and lift more than me but they’re incapable of breaking a jog or jumping
Im 38 and in the best shape of my life. I love being in better shape than my peers. >nurrr i have a family and a life
So do i chodes keep making excuses.
>shit form
Absolutely, but it changes in you 40s as more dudes get back in shape. After 40 bros see mortality more, and understand health is the key to a long life. I'm 50, with a four pack, 6 pack in 2 months or so. Train with my 15 year old. Know 2 former blobby types who are now built, probably via TRT.
>How rare is for +35 Years Old people to be in great Shape?
im 35. literally no one in my age group even remotely gives a fuck about working out anymore. back then, we all grew up watching one piece and naruto and dragon ball and we would work out like hell. we'd do cardio, gymnastis, wrestling, weights, everything. as soon as job and family came into the mix all of my friends just stopped. i feel they value relaxing at the end of the day way more than lifting. physically my age hasn't hindered me one bit but i do at some level think my drive behind being fit is that im the least financially successful among my peers. i don't really have any other achievements.
Is that really you bro? I have the same love handle and lower gut fat like you, but can see my upper abs like you too. Its strange maybe because of our age or genetic? But looking good my man.

There is one woman at work a bit younger than me who clearly is a fitness person, and that's it man. Outside the gym itself, its very rare to see any other person who is clearly "fit". Sometimes I don't really even think I'm that big but I consistently get people remarking that I'm in amazing shape (note that that doesn't make me any less autistic)
Nice body king. Yes i have the same experience like you too. Everywhere i go its i see so few people looking fit like us. Thats making us maybe in 5% or 10% people who actually lift / train
Thanks man. It does feel good to be one of the only people who is legitimately looking fit at our age. And I definitely notice that it weighs favorably on people's reactions and perceptions of you, which is good too when you're basically a weeb/nerd at heart.

Really rare but I'm turning 30 soon and I don't see anything going wrong in the next ten years. girls and any other normal person outside of IST doesn't care about that as long as you're not balding/obese
stop lifting for girls or for impressing people
with status and money, or they're just lying(a lot more often than you'd think since there's no way to disprove people) Why would you fuck a 40 year old with money when you can fuck a fit, young and rich 25 year old?
>when you can fuck a fit, young and rich 25 year old?
Yeah, those aren't as easy to come by. There are more well off 35+ men than 25 year old men who are established and have a decent income.
43yo reporting in. Metabolism is definitely slowing down and injuries take a lot longer to heal. I do almost no strength training anymore because of this. However with age you get to know your body and fine tune diet and exercise so staying in shape is not hard at all if you are motivated to do so.

(You) >> You could kill BJ Penn and take what's left of his life and fame as a replacement.
Not especially rare, but in my experience it's quite class dependant. Working class men usually start declining in their 30s because they think just because they're exhausted after work and because their jobs used to be physically demanding they don't have to work out. Middle class men tend to realize they need to work and thus stay in shape longer, albeit they tend to stick to cardio. At my job you'll find packs of them out running every lunch break.

The key to aging as man seems to be to never go above 15% bf until you die or run out of fucks to give.
simple as
This. That blobby shape that everyonbe gets whenever over 15% is so much worse when youa re "middle aged" or older.

Damn, I'm so hyped to get old and maintain my health. Thanks for the motivation big bro.
You should get those moles checked out and use sunscreen bro. That one on your neck is alarmingly large.

Post body gay
i'm sorry, anon
if you ars 33 years old and havent made it already its over
I know a single 50+ guy who looks like this but hes a literal athlete, not a single one in his 40s and a couple of 30 somethings.
Looking good fellow king. Will be 40 next month. Wagmi still smashing 20 years old pussy
Are you from Sweden?

if you manage to stay fit you will be in better form that even 20 years old, specially for women
herd posting is real
this body is good, not impressive. IST cattle drool over it like it's 10/10. Why? Domino you effect like cattle
38 isn't some irredeemable age, Most bodybuilders peak at this age. If he were 58 you can say that's impressive.
Youre not wrong, but you also have to post body unless you’re a huge gay.>>
I see that too, just hit 40 and all my friends and colleagues started to gain weight after 28. How hard is it to not overeat and go do some sport a day or two per week. I really don't understand it, unless they drink a lot of alcohol to cope with their shitty lives..
>I’m 30 and I feel like I’m just getting started
Thank you for talking sense.
Well said
I’m 30 and I feel like I’m just getting started. All of my married friends are overweight and in a decline. Almost everytime we hangout one makes some sort of comment on my metabolism as if that’s the only reason I’m in better shape than they are. They’re happy though so not gonna push them into anything they probably already consider but decide not to do.
>Muh metabolism
Fatty cope
Do you feel some amount of resentment/envy from them?
How tf does he get those flat pecs and that all-around hard look while not being super cut?
>t. fit 30yo who either looks totally dyel or athletic as fuck depending on pump, hydration, and lighting, but never just solid like DC there
which could it be?
A. Celebrity photoshoot.
B. Lighting.
C. Photoshop.
D. Genetics
E. Access to better nutrition.
F. Access to expert fitness trainers.
G. Has more time than the average person to take care of himself.
H. All of the above.
>E. Access to better nutrition.
I hate this meme. Do you seriously believe that just because he eats organic grapes instead of ones with pesticides he looks better than you?
All the nutrition information you need is available on the internet for free and even if you are a poorfag you can prioritize and still look and feel better.

Not bad. 36 here, 6’6, 210lbs… Gains are slow but it is what it is with all the work related breaks I have to take.
And yeah, can confirm that it’s getting more and more rare to find fit people around my age. Most are cops and firefighters.
At the point of "I'm bigger than him" when seeing most all shirtless dudes on TV is some sort of milestone.

How much do you need to Bench press to get this ?
At least 700lbs
It's really hard to say because he has movie magic making him look buffer than he really is, in this scene he was fasted + dehydrated and was pumped up as fuck. Favourable angles too.
I'd say that's the body of a guy who benches 2pl8 though. And I mean actually benches 2pl8, not barely moves the bar while a spotter takes most of the weight like a lot of guys count as benching 2pl8 lol
Which is GREAT, don't get me wrong, I just don't get why they stopped when they're not even halfway across the finish line.
>married and divorced
He was morbidly fat and spoke german with a ridiculous accent, wildly confident as well, he'd scream at you in his gibberish from his motorboat while training
i wish i had a fat little kraut to encourage me in my daily tasks
i'm 36 and quit lifting/macros all that shit and just go to bjj a couple times a week and swim. when you have kids a rigid schedule and good sleep goes right out the fucking window. i dont really give a shit, i just try to eat reasonably healthy and stay thin.
most people 35+ who are still hardcore gymcelling are kinda looked at as goofs.
>most people 35+ who are still hardcore gymcelling are kinda looked at as goofs.
fatty dyel cope
lmao at this reeeeeeeeeeeeee you fucking dorks
Holy cope
>most people 35+ who are still hardcore gymcelling are kinda looked at as goofs.
LMAO DYEL COPE
But that last little comment there shows' you're guilty of judgments yourself, however inoffensive you tried to frame it.
>most people 35+ who are still hardcore gymcelling are kinda looked at as goofs.
Other wives don't view them as goofs
>most people 35+ who are still hardcore gymcelling are kinda looked at as goofs
losers I know already mock me for taking my career seriously in my 20's so i'll be well prepared for people like you
They were serious athelets for reasons other than bodyshape.
>Most only train because they’re being goaded around like cattle by coaches and teammates
Underrated.
This, it's also why tons of athletes go broke after they retire. No sense of money management, no independent business or side hustle outside of the sport, everyone telling you that you're the best/A genetic freak/etc.
they are also morons
This. Same reason why people in the military are ultra-disciplined but when they leave the military, their sleep schedule is just as fucked as everyone else's.
Environment matters a lot
Acting is barely a job, he’s got tons of free time
Imagine how much of a gay you need to be to do a photoshoot like that at his age
What color is your Aston Martin?
look how rare it is for someone 25+ now, it only gets rarer as you age, but is easily attainable if you actually care to do it (you should)
I'm still 33 but have begun to see the accelerating effects of aging. Still, I'm in the best shape of my life and almost at my strongest
Like what? I'm scared
Never happened as a kiddo.
topkek, suddenly I want to watch Fright Night for the 100th time.
I'll just hop on the TRT train when those days come
Outside of famous actors like you posted, brad Pitt, statham etc it's very rare. Most guys let themselves go and get fat in their late 20s. I'd say if you're under 20% bf with a good amount of muscle past 30 you're unironically in the top 5% fitness wise for your age group
Most 30 somethings are gross onions, or fat former athletes anon
I'm 45 and you should see how my peer group looks by and large
most people in the middle ages were poorly fed peasants and slaves, might've had endurance and some strength that could beat modern averages but their diet was largely shit except for some regions.
All those words and forgetting how important milk, cheese and beef were.
i'm 39 and i'm in stupidly great shape for my old age and shitty health according to everyone i know ( i don't know if they say that to be nice or if they have no idea what a real fit person looks like ) and i feel like a hamplanet, guess i'll never be able to work out my self esteem
I'm 40, and in the best shape of my life. Granted, that's not saying shit, but hey, I'll take it.
got up to 270 lbs at 5'11, 37 bmi
started lifting at 29, now 33 and ~180 lbs, I have a broken back and sleep apnea which cut into my recovery and gains a lot, but I'm much healthier now than I've ever been
>I have a broken back
Sheeeit. How do you train around that? What's your program look like?
it's spondye-boisthesis l5 s1, i just can't really lift heavy, so i do a lot of lower weight / bodyweight stuff
Any tips?
You’re eating too much still. Drop to 1800
32 here. just cut 5lb in 21 days. 160lb, 6'.
>BMR 1700.
>x1.2 = maintenance = 2040kcal
> -100, gets rid of cals burnt from basic sedentary walking life, 2300-3000 steps or so.
> get pedometer app on phone. use app to add cals burned from steps to your new non step maintenance. i.e 1940 + step cals = new maintenance cals.
>eat 1900kcals, step cals = deficit.
i went for hour long walks multiple times a day, averaging 23,000 steps. or 833kcals burned from walking. x 21 days / 3500 = 4.99lb
>T. tracks his food, steps, weight with spreadsheets. can maintain body weight within 0.5lb for months
If the person is active , its not that uncommon, if the person has a sedentary job, then they are almost always over weight
Im 38 and in the best shape of my life. I love being in better shape than my peers.
>nurrr i have a family and a life
So do i chodes keep making excuses.
Most people in general are in shit form. Not just older people
You're an inspiration to me, at least.
t. no future
I'm 31 and had just started lifting for 4 months. I'm pretty sure I'm NGMI but what the hell lifting is fun
Keep going man you can fix yourself you still have 10 years before the real decline starts
36, its getting harder to keep of the weight, and hair is thinning.
but im stronger now than ive ever been
keep going man
Is that really you bro? I have the same love handle and lower gut fat like you, but can see my upper abs like you too. Its strange maybe because of our age or genetic? But looking good my man.
See:
>I'm pretty sure I'm NGMI
Not with that attitude
You look like shit right now gay, but keep going. You didn't get into this sorry shape in 4 months and it will take you a lot longer then that to see real results. Channel all your hate and rage and every shitty comment every fuckface ever said to you into fuel to be the best version of yourself going forward. you've probably got about 50 more years until to drop dead, how do you want to spent them. WAGMI
Really rare but I'm turning 30 soon and I don't see anything going wrong in the next ten years. I've had a broken rib and worked out for 6 months nonstop while it prodding me constantly so I really just don't think anything will stop me. Drop me in the middle of a desert I'll start power cleaning stones.
40's. Still ripped. Didn't even start working out til mid 30's. Age is a meme. Don't be a lazy cunt.
Turned 36 this year. I try very hard to be humble about ISTness around people, but I can honestly say I almost never run into anyone on a regular basis, even people younger than me, who are visibly in-shape/fit.
Great physique, top 1% for that age, maybe even 0.1% godspeed
Thanks bro. I appreciate the confidence boost.
Solid physique, what's your routine?

you look decent but your routine is WAY too much volume especially with 6 days a week. youll see a lot more gains with lowered volume and a reduction on the accessories, some of the shit youre doing is a bit ridiculous
routine?
in my view a good physique, anon, regardless of age. good body shape, solid amount of upper body muscle, little bit of fat to add some extra meatiness
33 year old here, I have to stay fit to keep my 22 year old girlfriend around
How do so many men in their 30s and 40s get girls in their 20s if they're all out of shape?
>he fell for the needing to be in shape to get girls meme
Lmao, ask me how I know you’re an incel virgin
girls and any other normal person outside of IST doesn't care about that as long as you're not balding/obese
stop lifting for girls or for impressing people
with status and money, or they're just lying(a lot more often than you'd think since there's no way to disprove people) Why would you fuck a 40 year old with money when you can fuck a fit, young and rich 25 year old?
Have you seen the current crop of 25 year olds?
It's no wonder zoomers aren't having sex.
Well, the male ones anyways.
>when you can fuck a fit, young and rich 25 year old?
Yeah, those aren't as easy to come by. There are more well off 35+ men than 25 year old men who are established and have a decent income.
43yo reporting in. Metabolism is definitely slowing down and injuries take a lot longer to heal. I do almost no strength training anymore because of this. However with age you get to know your body and fine tune diet and exercise so staying in shape is not hard at all if you are motivated to do so.

>> You could kill BJ Penn and take what's left of his life and fame as a replacement.
Well I'm definitely taller...
You look like Eddie Alvarez.
I think a big problem is most guys don't start taking TRT when they're supposed to (like 40+).
Blessed thread, not only are we all going to make it, we can keep making it as we age
Oldest fag here at 45. 6’2 170lbs in the right pic (current)
Remember young’uns - you have to compete with me for women your age, and I have better personality and more money. Step up your game kids!
Looking good but the joke's on you old man, I don't even have a girl for you to steal haha better luck next time
good job grandpa, you look really good
money and personality is cope though. I have youth

wtf are PEDs even for if not to help you age gracefully.
nice nipples, nippy boy
I guess about 10% are not in shit shape. Maybe 3% could be described as fit. Prove me wrong.
>another random "old" thread on fit where tons of guys in their 30s and even FORTIES show up
Are you mad that people are old ? The fuck ???

Hes implying people are lying about their age to make oldies feel bad. This board gets dumber by the day.
